 Papercut Express base set
« Thread Started on May 20, 2011, 1:52pm »

Finally, I managed to get another product out. I learned a lot doing this, and hopefully I can get the next produtcs out in less than, well, a couple of months per product.

So, if oyu have any feedback, fire away.

In light of what Dave wrote about his pricing scheme, I'm still trying to figure out my own, and I expect that it will take a few items to get things right.

I have some ideas for possible add-ons and sets along those lines, depending on the feedback I'll get.

Could be fun.

BTW ... what does the WK at the bottom of the page stand for?

I hope it is/will be.

Thanks for reminding me to update my blog, although I wonder whether there's a point in using it at all... The W is a link to worldpress, the blog software, and the K is the artist who designed the theme.

I would encourage you to edge the models you use for your promo shots, people new to paper models will not realise how easy it is to make them look that much better.

Good luck!

Ps: Why not a round smoke funnel?

Yeah, the edging has been a bit of a, well, sore spot for me when doing those... I think I'll need to work on that, thanks.

As for the funnel, I don't likw round shapes, they always end up getting awkward whenever I do them, including those in other commercial sets.
