I have a bunch of loose sketches done on post-its for a new range, once I've finished the space crew.
I'd like to do a weird world war 2 (retro sci-fi/pulp) set comprising the usual:
US Paratroops or GI's Anti-occult team Werewolves Vampires Attack zombies
I know none of this is especially original, but it would be fun and there's no paper alternatives for a lot of this stuff.
I'm going to do all of these in profile, as I've discovered it's much easier for me to do the backs. (I also want to do all the Allied troops facing one direction and the axis troops the opposite.. Which I find bizarrely appealing.)

HA! I found myself doing that entirely by accident. Good guys face right, bad guys face left. Check out my Stargate minis ;D
This is another reason I like mirroring the front and having the figure virtually in profile. That way the figure can face left or right.

Marvel Has been publishing some 75th (?) anniversary editions of some of their WWII titles. There's some good material there for inspiriing WWII pulp villians, etc. There's gotta be some men-in-cardboard-boxes-covered-with-tin-foil robots somewhere in your line of figures!
Have fun! Steve
