Welcome to the forums Mark. You guys will remember him from the early MMiP days, he submitted the undead figures, and is generally known as the paper general. Mark has produced some incredible paper model sets for ancient gaming, and I really welcome him to the forums here.
I wait to see what you design.
As for the examples you posted, I think they look great! Of coarse I can tell they use elements from some of my figure part sets, but it's a good way to get used to the style and design.
My only concern would be for color choice, those purples are going to print VERY bright, and probably detract from the overall figure. My only other suggestion is when you really get into the designs, try for more action poses, like a running or charging pose. JIM

Thanks for introducing me and kind words, Jim!
Actually, the use of some of your elements really hepled me to stay abreast with the general One Monk styling and try making some figs just in line with all you guys are so brilliantly showing here with those perfect sets of yours!
As for the Sklavs, it was important for me to post the "idea" to here, and get the feedback as for their actuality and interest. That's all. As soon as the free set is available with me, I shall post it here for all those concerned. YES, I am going to change purple trousers, and they will become just ordinary linen clothes...or something else...
The choice of poses will be different for sure. As I have said, I was just itching to post...and start getting involved, you understand, don't you?
Again thanks for cheering up, Paper General aka Mark Sergeyev
squirmydad: aaron - Every producer/publisher appreciates notice of pirate sites. However, don't publicly post the links, just PM them to the relevant person. Thanks.

aaron: does this help or is it just a complete waste of time? I know it's music but there has to be some one that can shut down threads? https://www.riaa.com/reportpiracy.php

WackyAnne: aaron, send a PM to Dave, but really, there's not much that can be done. There is far worse out there, and I've let Fat Dragon Tom know about a few of them back in the day, including a couple on 4shared IIRC...

cowboyleland: *Sigh* I think it is a big bad deal. But I don't know that anyone can do anything about it. Various governments have failed to shut down Pirate Bay . . .

aaron: hey should dave be worried about this? or is it no big deal? >pirate link disabled<

cowboyleland: Thanks anyway Parduz. I don't think I need a back-up after all. Check out my new thread.

WackyAnne: dungeonmistress Hi back! Sorry two days late, but I've been reading from my phone the last several days, and the shoutbox doesn't appear. I'm snow-depressed - facing a blizzard here in the N-NE... Where's my spring???

Parduz: I would like to help, but i already found difficult to think at what to search in google....

cowboyleland: Ever notice how you figure stuff out right after you ask for help? Found a 16th century sketch I think I can work with. Will let you know. Still open to back-up suggestions.

cowboyleland: continued from below: I don't want a plague doctor mask. Any suggestions? Preferably it would be compatible with Permes/Mesper style.

cowboyleland: Hello All, I just spent 2hrs looking for something I thought would be easy to find. I want a cloaked figure, no weapons, no hand pointing, preferably in profile. Eventually I will shrink it down to be a 15mm doctor from Venice.

dungeonmistress: It is quiet, but around here at least, although the sky is cloudy and dismal, and it is still cold outside, it does smell like spring. I'd imagine most folks are feeling that and are out doing things.

cowboyleland: Maybe people are actually making some figures instead of hanging out on the net. I'm getting back to that now.
