Working on a collection of Kitbashes to fill out a few gaps in my Undead Forces. Took the Ghoul from the undead sample pack and made him a few friends. Then I bought the Witches and Bats set to raise a farm full of bats for bat swarms

In Hoard #1 (September, 2008) I posted a Ghoul Standard Bearer. Good start on the Ghouls, try shifting their arms around too for more poses.

Thanks ! I missed the Ghoul standard bearer. I worked out a new stance and 2 new arm positions, as well as made the new Ghouls bald. Just mixin and matching the combos I have now should result in 18 Ghouls. If I can ever figure out how to match the coloring, I'll draw some more unique Ghouls. In the mean time I think 18 should be enough.

Your work is inspiring to me. I´ll try to make similar things with other miniatures. I´m thinking about the Varghule and the black chariot.

I'm glad I could inpspire.
Andres, if you can tackle the Varghule and the black chariot it would be great. I simply have no ideas on how to handle those myself, at this time.

If anyone would like to test build these and let me know how they work out I'd appreciate it. I'm building a set for myself of course, but I don't cut out the gap between the legs on my figures.

I made up a PDF of 12 ghouls, 30mm to the top of the head, since they are hunched over. They should be scaled fine. onemonk.com/Forum-files/Ghoul-hoard.pdfDon't forget about the ghoul from the design tutorial:

Sweet!
Thank you, for both the PDF treatment and the tutorial Ghoul.
I was trying to figure out a way to liberate him ;D

The tutorial Ghoul was a different style than the Horde Ghoul. Big ears, soft line work, purple loin cloth, etc... I modded him to match the others. Finally got some use out of my Wacom Tablet.
