They are beautiful! My group will love them. Hannah and Daniel specially are EXACTLY like i envision them. And of course you did right in posting them. Other people may use them for their characters. Sadly it's 2am here in Brazil and i can't show them to my companions right now, but they will have a good surprise tomorrow.

My players like it, but i couldn't resist messing with it in photoshop. Give your opinion, which version of Garlic looks better? 1 - It's the original one 2 - I modified some tones, tried to make the colors more vivid and used squirkmydad idea to accentuate the highlights. 3 - Used smart blur to try to lessen that grainy effect that appears when you scan this kind of drawing. Some details might have been lost because of it.

After talking to some people i decided to scrap the whole think and just make the high lights, make a small change to the tones and used median. The result is that. I also removed Ferick's mustache because the player didn't want facial hair. I'll try putting in a PDF and posting the set at full quality there. EDIT: I didn't printed it yet because we are not going to play this weekend because some of the players can't go and i already have a batch of minis waiting to finish. I'll probably make a full page with some other minis tomorrow and print it.
