I decided to go ahead and re-purchase the Hybrid Stalkers for the registration marks and fire up my Silhouette SD for some Gun Crawl fun. However, I ran into a bit of a problem part-way thru the cutting process. The pic below will help illustrate what I found. I used the GSD file labelled "Hybrid-Stalkers0003-Purple." Look closely to the 3rd and 4th bodies on the right side. See how different the cuts are--one is a vertical issue and the other is both vertical and horzontial. Anyone got any ideas?

Sorry to read about the error, I'll contact squirmydad, and see if the error can be replicated.
Anyone else try this file, get good results? JIM

WOW! Launching Robo-Master now to see what's what. edit-> Ahh, looking at that pic, I think you printed page 2-the blue ones. The purples are page 3 and have the bright yellow trim on their bodies. The GSD files match the pages (1,2,3 - black, blue, purple) as the layouts are different on each page. Still opening robo-master to double check.

Ah yes, All of the different colors use completely different layouts. I had to do it this way because the original layout was too large to fit in the Craft-robo cut area.
One of the bad side effects of converting designs not meant for the craft-robo layouts I'm afraid.
Hopefully it's as easy as just the wrong GSD file used. JIM

Just finished the robo-master check, seems fine there...hopefully it's just a wrong file combo.

Just a follow-up for those who happen to have read this thread. This is what happens when you get the right GSD file in place: Now, just need the time to assemble. BTW, what is the best way to base these? The last time I made any, I reworked the legs and created tabs. However, these have no tabs--just ends with the feet. Any suggestions?

Hey, I have identical piles on my desk. ;D For the non tabbed feet I run a bead of Aleene's tacky glue onto the surface of the base and stick the foot/alien appendage into the glue blob. Holds very well once dry. You could also try a drop of superglue/CA. Glad it's working for you.

You could also try putting tabs on the bases and gluing those inside the folded figure so they don't show.
