One of the things I'm working on now is a set of slot-fit walls that can be used to create spaceship and space station layouts.
Here's my first paper test, showing how the walls can be used to create rooms, and showing off the sliding doors.
This sort of system would also work for dungeon walls, or to quickly assemble the interiors of medieval buildings (or any buildings, really). I'll be thinking about those as I continue working on this sci-fi set.

I'm sure that the final set will cover both bases with different texture layers. You really need to have the PDFs to see how many variations Dave's sets include. I can see space hulk in those corridors too.
I've had to put this project on hold indefinitely as a result of a hard drive crash. Fortunately, I didn't get much beyond the line-layout stage with this set, and it was highly modular, so it should be pretty easy to recreate it. For now, I'm working on some World Wars ruins and we'll see what happens after that.
Nothing new to report on this one. I'll probably come back to these when I feel like my SF texture library is up to the job.
Dude! It's been seven years! I will need some walls and stuff. I'm making my own, and they won't be either commercial or even close to your standards, but do you mind if I pinch the interlocking idea? I was wondering how to make the walls stand-upable but still flat-packable.
Vermin King: And due to the snow, I'm off tonight. I am going to miss the cash on the paycheck, but I'm glad they want their employees to be safe

ignatious: Actually I was referring to the two previous posts. I was trying to be subtle in order to sublimate the crassness. Read them again, but in Mel Brooks voice while he is winking, and nudging the person to his right.

ignatious: would anyone care for a euphemism?

cowboyleland: We hadn't had snow for a few days. Last night the plow came down my street and did nothing but fill every ones driveways back in. Just for practice, I guess.

Vermin King: In KC we had an ice storm (with thunder sleet) the other night. Left things drivable, but last night the plow came down my street. They took all the rough edges off. Might as well have ran a Zamboni...
