A few 3d models created recently, including orc, harpy, evil warriors, skeleton, lich, horses, and a 2.5d bat. Just to explore the possibilities of paper for 3d minis...

Those are great! I really admire the 3d figures people make on here. I don't think I have the patience or skill required (not that I've tried).

imho 2.5d is the perfect combination of table presence and ease of build. Do you agree and where can I get the bat

Cool!
I couldn't do mini's like that. I have enough trouble with flat paper!

Man, these are excellent! Some of the best combination of flats and solid volumes next to Mel Ebbles Marines in space suits.
I hope you see fit to release them someday!
That bat, evil(?) Knight and Skeleton are cool!

In my previous post I assumed "created" meant built. On further reflection it would seem to truely mean "created" in which case PLEASE SHARE

Just posted the model for the bat. The other models will be posted out after some refinements. Hope to get them out soon. The resolution is a bit low. I am looking for a better way to share larger files. Bats 1

Thanks for posting these. I like the bats. The rest look challenging, especially without instructions. That is not a dis, I just posted some wip without instructions too. I'll give them a try when I have a chunk of time to spare. I can't wait to see your scorpion.

That's a really cool 'family picture' (reminds me of my own family ;D). Those models look a bit big next to that WorldWorks Tree in the background. Are they around 28mm size?

Well, I havn't measure their height, but some of them (e.g. the red warrior and the harpy) may be a bit higher than the usual 28mm figure. The skeleton and the lich should have the right height.

BTW seems to me you and Tirick should have a lot to discuss. I trust you've checked out his stuff?

Those are incredible, eddnic. But I have to say that I won't be making them anytime soon.
Between the meaty fingers and the unsteady shaking, 5 mm is about the smallest part these mitts of mine can possibly handle...on a good day.
Still, I'm very impressed with your stuff.
Shawn.
