Nice model... All of a sudden I am suffering from a bug overdose as far as my miniatures are concerned... Oh well, the hordes of Chaos (my own, not the hammered ones) are always hiring . Thanks for sharing!

Yes, just found a good closeup photo of a scorpion and thought that a model could be made with the photo. The effect is not bad.

Better than not bad. Kind of sets a new bar for realism It will probably only work on life size or larger than life models. Once we start shrinking things they well need some outlining and stuff to bump them up. Computer generated figs of people look realistic close up but blur out at arms length or farther.
