I'd like to build a chess set using the elfs and undead armies. It's not so hard to do: chess pieces that have "long range" movement will be figures with spears, pawns are standard light infantry with swords, the king will be a standard bearer and the queen one of the coolest figures in the "Command" files. The problem is the horse: while there's a lot of cavalry with spears, they are very long minis. So: 1) there's anyone able to modify one elf cavalry and one undead cavalry and make the horse rampant? so it will have the same base size as other figures? I'd asked this to Jim but he is very silent and i don't want to bother him. If this will be possible, then my other requests will be much more simple: 2) Add the standard pole to one of the undead command figure to make the King (the undead standard bearer is a "simple" skeleton, and it is too "poor" to be the king) 3) Make the elf "pike Champ" (from the Hvy Command) more feminine, as i plan to make it the Queen. While i've already found what mini i need for the chess pieces, any suggestion for use of any miniature out of the two armies are welcome. As a payement for this job, i offer an original, previously unpublished, and signed bag full of "thank you", bowing and eternal gratitude .

Did you ever hear back from a "REAL" artist on this, my friend? If not, I may be able to play with these and come up with SOMETHING... I have SO many projects going on I can't do them all anyway, so what's one more! Let me know...

I can TRY! No promises... Send me a message on Facebok listing all the figures you want and what you want done to them. I don't want you to post ANY pictures because I don't want to upset Jim, Aaron or Nik... NOT to mention that my artistic skills are not great. I will work on this as I can! David

We've been actively encouraged to mod figures as far as I've been here..... all Jim ever said was to include credit on the modded figure for the original artist.
