Wait? What's this??? Yep, it's out. Finally! Thanks for the wait. It's been a ton of work, but it's all been fun and I think totally worth the end result. I just had to call this a Megaset, because it is... Mega.
So without any further ado...
It’s time for out of control zombie slicing mayhem!
Serene Fist Set Four: Katana Schoolgirls vs Zombie Furries is much more than just a collection of 94 30mm Classic Martial Arts themed miniature figures perfect for roleplaying games or wargames, it’s also a MEGASET including an awesome minigame complete with full rules, game tiles and game cards. All files are 300dpi and include front and back views. This is a layered PDF giving you four options of colours and a horde of zombies. There are 94 possible miniatures in this set!
Cardstock Miniatures are an affordable and attractive alternative to metal or plastic miniatures. Print as many as you like as often as you like.
You will need a colour printer, cutting tools, glue, foamcore and time. Assembly instructions are included.
Don't forget to check out all the layers included in this set...
Rhannon, thanks!!!! it was like seconds after it fully uploaded. I was editing some of the elements of the description so maybe it was just down a bit. Let me know if there are any other issues. This is a HUGE set, over 60 MB.
Just snagged it. Quick question could you expand the game to cope with 6 players by playing on a grid of 5x5 tiles and adding printing extra's of the other itmes?
We normally have at least six around the table when we gather to boardgame. I can't see anything in the rules (admitdly I just skimmed) that would stop expanding the game in this way (even comes with 6 unique girls). Before I print up extra stuff thought I'd check in.
"There is wisdom in turning as often as possible from the familiar to the unfamiliar: it keeps the mind nimble, it kills prejudice, and it fosters humour." George Santayana, philosopher (1863-1952)
Sirrob. I play it with 5-6 players all the time. The game gets crazy, but in a fun way. Just a tip. Print off the intersection or 3 exit pages of you can get a lot of dead ends. I will have to focus on promotion tonight. I had too much marking to do last night.
In the (restless) spirit of the holidays, here is a free expansion to Katana Schoolgirls vs Zombie Furries called Zombie Santa and the Elves of Doom. It's free, it's fun. I'm sure it will add no end of enjoyment and mayhem to your KSGVZF experiences.
oldschooldm: Yup. More power to anyone who tries it. It will only whet the appetite for people who want paper minis that were designed to be paper minis. :-) Fronts and Backs FOREVER! :-) [... it's bait, don't bite it! ... ]

cowboyleland: Now I have seen it. It doesn't advance our hobby, but anyone with half a brain who wanted 2nd rate figures could easily figure this out for themselves so I guess he isn't doing any harm.

berneart76: well, this is fun, (not) transferring all my papercrafting sets into the cloud. The stuff I got from DriveTrhruRPG was simple with their library desktop app,but my other stuff, sometimes with multiple duplicate copies is entertaining.

berneart76: Vermin King I usually use a mix of drybrush/watercolor/photocopy and occasionally posterizing at different levels of opacity.

berneart76: Vermin King, that's similar to the enhancing that I do on my texturing. I've found that sometimes I need to scale up or scale down the image (usually by 50 or 25 percent down or 200 or 300 percent up) to make get the enhancements to look "right"

Vermin King: On the zebras, I did multiple enhancements and cartoon filters and used them at 100%, and they still didn't look that different than the photos

Vermin King: When I make a figure or terrain piece based on a photo, I clean it up and align things to look 'right', then I create another layer and do enhancing and cartoonizing on it. I then adjust opacity over the photo image until it looks good. On the zebras,

Vermin King: berneart76, do you mean giving them green or purple manes and tails? and a few piercings? maybe a cig hanging out of their mouths?
Feb 26, 2019 12:24:18 GMT -9
Vermin King: cartoonizing a zebra doesn't do much

Vermin King: And due to the snow, I'm off tonight. I am going to miss the cash on the paycheck, but I'm glad they want their employees to be safe

ignatious: Actually I was referring to the two previous posts. I was trying to be subtle in order to sublimate the crassness. Read them again, but in Mel Brooks voice while he is winking, and nudging the person to his right.

Vermin King: Sure. Euphemize us

ignatious: would anyone care for a euphemism?

cowboyleland: We hadn't had snow for a few days. Last night the plow came down my street and did nothing but fill every ones driveways back in. Just for practice, I guess.

Vermin King: In KC we had an ice storm (with thunder sleet) the other night. Left things drivable, but last night the plow came down my street. They took all the rough edges off. Might as well have ran a Zamboni...
