Just some doodles that may make it into miniatures form. Playing Mutants and Death Ray Guns has inspired me, and I needed to put them somewhere that wasn't the Weird War thread

I spent a little time looking around your photobucket, Adam.
You have had some interesting projects. That little mech with the claw is really great. Is the large mech thing a build from someone else's template?

Thanks guys.
The little mech is entirely my creation, but it's currently sitting on a hard drive that's not attached to a computer and password protected, along with Jim's Entire One Monk Figures Library. I'm working on rescuing it, along with the others, and finally getting around to coloring and releasing it.
The Huge Titan started out as a build of someone else's paper modle, but I kept adding and redesigning it as I went along. Sadly enough those files are with the others, and the model itself was destroyed by my son. It never got finshed, and I don't play 40K enough to motivate me to rebuild it from scratch.
I seem to only be able to focus on projects that revolve around what ever game I'm playing at the moment. Right now that's Marvel and Mutants and Death Ray Guns. Robots are used in both, and something I don't suck at, so I'm rolling with it.
Reivaj, I'm getting use out of your androids and Plant Elementals in my Mutants and Death Ray Guns campaign. I'll try to take some pictures if we play this weekend.

Dangit! The old inaccessible hard drive ...
Back when The Sims was popular, I had all kinds of creations I did for it. All of the gone due to a hard drive crash. Really inaccessible now, since my computer tech/friend who was trying to retrieve it has since used the computer for target practice.
I noticed you had some figures that I don't remember seeing before. They are probably in your One Monk file on the same hard drive, huh?

I know there is at least one guy in the Ottawa area that puts old computers in the trees around his farm and uses them for target practice. It sounds therapeutic, but I didn't imagine it was wide spread.

In the Missouri Ozarks, don't be surprized by anything being used for target practice ...

These two are pretty much in limbo. They should be on the drive I mentioned Someone asked for a mindflayer, and I edited some photos into one. There were submitted to the DEC 2008 Hoarde, but somehow never made it in. On the hard drive and never finished. They were for All Things Horror, which was based a little too closely to Monster Hunter International and was pulled a week after it was released. These Ghouls made in into the Hoarde These were a kitbash of Bat Swarms based on Jims stuff. I don't think I ever released them, and they are on the Hard Drive of Doom. I think I have complete front and back art for these guys but just fell through on coloring them and never released them. If someone is interested in taking a stab at coloring them I can dig them out. These never really got past concept art. Between Jims Cultists and my kitbashes of them I didn't really need more.

This make clear, to me, why i don't draw paper figures.... you have a lot of sketch and drawings, i have 3, 4 HD with all my "music phrases" (a rythm, a chord progression, a melody).... all things that i "captured" in 20 years of "computer music" and that i keep copying around 'cause i don't want to miss them. Sorry for the OT, i've found interesting the similarity between your "idea basket" and mine
