I have purchased the Whiplash Trigger files and will soon be adding the RetroSpace and Monks to my colelction and I love the art.
But, I'm curious why the black borders are so sharply shaped, rather than the smoother rounded look of OneMonk etc.
I have decided to expand the borders that came with my sets and simply expand them so I can have a rounder look.
I was just curious why the look? I makes them look less refined onece assembled. Wouldn't rounding work?
Great work. I look forward to buying more...

For me it is a question of personal taste and an attempt to recognize the mix of knife-wielding abilities in the cardstock miniature communities. I tend to trim down the figures down as best I can, but the larger black borders are there for people with less ability to cut the smaller figures. Rounding works just fine, just cut them down, closer to the figure in a more rounded way and viola, there you have it. Thanks so much for picking up the figures. There are SO MANY MORE on the way. I'm aiming at 2 sets a week by the time I'm off for the summer.

Wonderful...wonderful!
I look forward to them all.
I need to go to RPGNow and pick up my monks.
I'll wait and get the Space stuff when the new set comes out.
