Ok, a few with dual swords... and a couple with heavy machine guns! I want these at 32mm! I can see these guys pushing all of my 25mm guys around.

Weapons are easy once I've got the 'figure' do you remember the WH40K imperial guard beastmen? I loved them, gotta give that a go.

I just noticed ... most of the time the legs on were's of whatever type look too human. These are extremely well done.

They don't work in a huge variety of poses though!

How many poses do you really need with Beastmen? There is this one, you reverse it, have a broadsword over the left shoulder, and reverse that... you have your magic user/shaman pointing a finger like he is casting a spell, and reverse that.. there is six poses. All you need to do is have a couple holding a chainripper in one hand and a bolt pistol in the other... and one with an auto-cannon. Then reverse THOSE! See, I wasn't even trying and I gave you 10 poses to work with! See, if you throw a bunch of those on the battlefield, no one would complain about the lack of diversity in the poses. (At least I wouldn't).

It's just tricky to get the beast legs to look right in anything but that pose.... particularly as I'm using vectors, the orcs were easy to make multipart and that gives lots of options, I think the beastmen will have to have '1 piece' legs.

These guys reminded me of something, but I couldn't quite put my finger on it. Last night it hit me: the yak-men from Al-Qadim (and various other D&D incarnations).
Pretty sweet race of bad guys, I didn't get to use them as much as I wanted back in the day.

I was thinking Broo, but then again many Runequest ideas bled into my D&D campaign.
