Wishlist-wise, I'd like to see some more mediterranean themed buildings, a castle/fortified manor, a fantasy temple (with a rounded/octagonal footprint) and yet another Tudor house but with a new L-shaped footprint (a thusly quite large). Pretty much in this order.
Me, too. I need to find a big window in my schedule to do that, and I think that means stringing together a bunch of small model kits for a while. Another option is Kickstarter, but I want to save that possibility for another project... which will need a big window of its own.
Those are pretty broad categories. Can you narrow these choices down into individual models (such as Dwarven Brewery)? Maybe one or two models for each race, to get the ball rolling?
Yes, we definitely need a dwarven brewery Our dwarves need their Bugman's Stone Ale, and there could be made a lot of scenarios in various tabletop wargames (and rpgs) revolving around protecting the beer and/or coming up with new more or less (knowing the typical dwarf, probably more...) dangerous recipes to enhance the chemical warfare possibilities of the beer...
In short, buildings for other races could be nice, and the dwarven brewery will be a good place to start.
As for orcs, i have seen a lot of mexican/desert themed buildings for them - apparently it is the most common style for orcish buildings, so if you go that way with them the paper buildings could fit with what most ppl have made with other materials.
As for elves, there seems to be two different dominating styles - either high and elaborate buildings for the "civilized" elf variants in various games, and tree houses and such for wood elves (and other elves that live close to nature).
Goblins...? dont they mostly live underground or in mud huts? (possibly with the exception of World of Warcraft goblins which seems to live everywhere as long as they can tinker with weird contraptions, like the gnomes...)
Lots of votes for the Marauder, but which version? The idea mutated so much that I'm not sure what the Marauder is any more! Repost the pics of the versions you liked best, and I'll see what I can do.
I'd vote to start with the Merchant version of the the three master:
It's simpler way to start. You can make the expanded version with canons and the overhanging sterncastle in a later iteration. Also I would make the lower deck half height or just a 2D map. I don't think you need to make the lower deck full height for minis. My 2 cents.

Pretty much what I thought with the "fortified manor" concept. I like a lot the design of opposite sides featuring Tudor like upper floors and an heavily fortified tower. If possible, add an optional extra side tower or add some height to the existing one (on the right side of the photo) to make it stand out.
I like the idea of pagan temples, but have not seen very many that excited me or gave me that "I can make that out of paper" reaction. Point me in a better direction if you can.
Once again lots of collunades on most sides, sort of the classical temples of ancient Greece. Or even an octagonal/decagonal footprint with a low dome-shaped roof (I know it's no mean feat to design such a thing in papercraft form).

I first saw this building not long into my papercrafting hobby, but I thought that it was a phenomenal model (beyond my abilities). I wish I had grabbed it back then. Cheomseongdae is a Korean observatory from the 7th century. A lot of character.
There are no strangers in this world, only people I haven't embarrassed ... yet!
Talking about structures, this is Piazza Santo Stefano, one of the various "squares" (is this the right word?) in my town.
What i find both interesting and feasible is the round balcony: the supports could even be just flat, and otherwise is just a sliced cylinder that have no real difficulties.... but makes a building different and "break shapes".
How about something smaller? Sci-fi/modern barricades and walls... sandbags, metal fencing etc??
I agree, this would be a great idea for a small easy set! I could really use more small Sci-fi things like Consols/Monitors, Barrels, Crates, Power Cores, Fueling Tanks, and anything that deals with Weapons or Robots, Lol. ;D
Try your hand at 2D design making deckplans for that Space Tug! Release them in a similar format to the Future Armada Deckplans from Ki-Ryn Studios.
I second this. there are not that many good colored 2d spaceship floorplans out there. I would also fill it with some 2d paper minis (SF adventurers, working crew or space marines) just to make it special.
Additionally why not making some really exotic 2d floorplans? for example the floor/furniture inside a tyranid hiveship?

Here's something I'd love to see: 2d interior maps for your buildings, done on the same footprint as the building itself. You set them underneath the building, and when someone enters, just pick up the building and have them keep moving on the interior map. For some models, you could cut open the bottoms to be able to set up miniatures, furniture, and so forth inside.
For multi-story buildings, a stacked interior structure model that you'd replace the original with could be fun, but even just 2d maps would be fine.

Things I need right now:
15mm Science Fiction vehicles. Hard-ish SF, specifically for a Battlestar Galactica campaign, but I'd also use them to play Armor Grid, Strike Legion, and so forth. A light jeep-ish vehicle, armoured scout, APC/IFV, tank, and GEV/hovertank for each of a couple of factions would be nice. (Perhaps they'd even be the Solid State War ground vehicles? I intentionally picked my Armor Grid faction colours so they'd work for that.)
A Battlestar hangar bay (or "generic SF hangar bay" that passes for one). I can kitbash one together with sets that I have on hand at the moment, especially now that I have the Starport Tiles set, but something done up with the white decking, red accents on the floor, and slanting structural beams depicted on screen would be ultra-spiffy. (I also need the area around the CIC and Admiral's Quarters for a Mercury-class Battlestar, but I think I have that in hand already with an existing terrain set.)
A space cruiser (anti-fighter escort) and destroyer done in 2D. I have a carrier, some big ship terrain that can pass for the inside of a Battlestar, and lots of very small fry (corvettes and scouts), but worked ships with crews of a couple of hundred that are hard SF-ish and not Star Trek-like are kind of thin on the ground.
More temples. My fantasy campaign is based around a town packed with a seminary and temples to all the gods. Said town also needs a few docks for some fishing boats and some catacombs.
Elvish buildings. (For most of what I have on hand, Elvish has left the building.)

shep: Does anyone know where to find decent individual minis of late Roman Republic era civilians? From senator to slave, every mini would be great, as long as they are not legionaires or generals or other military (Praetorian Guard and Roman Vigiles excluded)
