Hi ! i´m here again, thinking in a new set, this time Human Adventures. I´m was thinking in make sets of differents races aventurers. First: Human. I´m working in a human warrior, male and female, Human Paladine, male and female, starting with cleric male, but there will be female too. I´ll include mages/wizards and them it will be a set of 8 minis but i´m thinking in 10 minis set. What do you think for the last character: thief?? , bard?? , archer/ranger?? or what else??. I was trying to include the most iconic characters for RPG and that can be used in wargames, estrategy etc games. Thanks for your help.

Personally I'd like to see thieves, although they're often the underdogs of fantasy games and so I'm not sure they'd be the most used.

Actually I think that Thieve (with chest unlocking skills:) is a MUST The same for Ranger / archer - you can use it as a scout, hunter or/and ranged "dps" - it's iconic and almost obligatory character So BAD news is that you have to add 2 figures ;D IMO you can easily skip Bard... and this is good news

Imho, ranger and scout are are the same, or very similar.
Some most iconic classes are: cleric, fighter, paladin, ranger, rogue, wizard ...
Six. Male and female, twelve. ;D
Edit: cleric, fighter ( warrior ) , paladin, ranger ( scout ), rogue ( thief ), wizard ( mage )... .... mmmm.... six again. I must agree with Mesper.

I would steer clear of the Bard (agreeing with MESPER). I have one in RUNESWORD II, and he gives action bonuses, but aside from that, I don't think they are that popular. Thief/ Rogue is a must! You need to have Archer/ Rangers. Maybe a Thri-Kreen archer. I have a feeling you might be able to make those. ;D You could always include an empty base. It could be a thief wearing a cloak of invisibility... Seriously... Archers Theives No bards or druids... Just my opinion.

I think Jim Hartman released a bunch of those in different sizes, shapes and textures over on the "Bases" link. (It really is hard to be this funny all the time)

Defitinely thief or rogue!
Either sneaky or dashing...we need more of both.
I'd love to see your take on hobgoblins, bugbears, and lizardmen too.

It doesn't matter to me. When it comes to figures I generally print all the pages, so males and females separate doesn't matter.
I think whatever feels right to you is what you should do.

Great Figures, loved the warriors.
The female thief is weridly positioned tough... Her hip is strange.

Thank you Rhannon!! I´m glad you like them . Did you come back from your vacations?? Just for one day. Yesterday evening we came back from Norway and and the day after tomorrow, in the morning, we go to the sea ( in Italy ). We go back into July 18 because 19, in the evening, I will work. [edit] I'm sorry. I'm not a good photographer. Excuse me. but I think that with 700 photos taken at least a few dozen may be adequate.

It looks like GrendelsMother64's work. (Rhannon's pictures). Over all, though, I would have to say that the set is VERY good. The Warrior's faces look very anime... It reminded me of Dave Okum's work. I think that figures that stand out to me as amazing (and have a LOT of potential in my games) are (in no particular order): - Male Cleric
- Male Ranger
- Female Wizard
- Male Paladin
- Female Thief
Like I said, I like them all, but I have certain characters I play in my video games and RPG's, and these characters are PERFECT for the figures I have created already. (For example, the Human Paladin (male), is my leader, "LORD KALLENSTIRE.") Great set overall!

Printed this set off last night - and my colour toner ran out as they were coming out, resulting in some mottling in the some of the coloured sections. Strangely enough though, it just makes them look like they are all wearing mud-splattered and travel-stained clothing!!! Hopefully you can see what I mean from the pics below.....
The effect is most noticeable on the male and female wizards - the last out of the printer I guess. What made me laugh though is the fact that the two paladins were the only ones that came out perfect and shiny!!!! LOL!
Will try and get pics up of the finished models once I've cut them....

PS - hope you don't mind me posting photos of the uncut pages @reivaj? I reckoned the quality of my camera means no-one would be able to download these pics and make useable minis from them but let me know if you would rather I took them down!!!
