Hi Phantombaz... here is your first (dwarven) mini-set... (I was unable to add attachement in Reply within your thread so opened this new one) Some minor corrections: - boot (B-side view) Page info: - figurine is resized (55% from original) so it's ca. 20mm - page is 1600x1000px, RGB and 300dpi saved as .JPG + As you are fast learning -- besides basic figure and it's mirror, just to show how it is both funny and easy to mod figurines using layers, I've added some "mods" which adds some differentiation: - shield in front - shield on back - aspects (light and shadowy - exactly the same trick I used with Kiladecus Warmancers) Wait... hmm... do dwarves have aspects? Other possible variations: --------------------------- - different shield shapes (round one perhaps?) - separate front-and-back shields which might be added by user/modeler It's worth to consider (and quite easy to implement as well:) also -replacing sword with some sort of: pike / halberd / lance. -you can also add (in case you will add lance) some sort of FLAG or BANNER -add a cloak (it will made figure little more wider, thus more solid looking? --- Hope that you don't mind for using your figure for modding?Enjoy, /Mesper ;D Attachments:

hey, thanks! so some improvements, i like the way on the back side that the belt is pulling tunic tight (or the tattered bottom), it never occurred to me to try that. As these are double handed weapons i don't see them carrying shields (personally). These "long swords" use with the full power, strength and weight of the dwarf, which is something i would not want to on the end of. However, I will be making pike/ lancers, which the shields will be perfect for. (or am i just being picky LOL). thanks again... feel free and help your to them, hope you can get some enjoyment from them.. or just smash some green skins with them ;D

PhantomBazOuch... LOL actually I was referring to... SHOES (boot=>caligae in Latin)... anyway, please check your B-side shoe view... My bad! ;D Ad. twin wielded weapon -- well it's FANTASY (and if you pay attention you will see that I've changed sword's "grip" from 2-handed into 1-handed in "shielded" version...) so you may equip these figures with various gear... but yes, obviously it's up to you as an artist! =>> Anyway - it was just quick and funny attempt with mostly encouraging you in mind... I mean, I don't wanna restrain myself to such common "well done / nice figure" etc... brief comment - I thought that it would be nice and productive to show you that your work got some quality and it is worth to work/further develop your skills, just by showing an example... Once again -- just to be clear -- I really like your figure and PROGRESS you did since first version so sorry for any possible misunderstandings;) ... Anyway GOOD work and I'm really excited to see where this leads!

Figures are 30mm scale.
Dwarf height (from feet to top of the helmet) is 20mm so he is noticeable smaller then human characters (like dwarves used to be:) nevertheless details should be pretty well visible (perhaps except these on helmet - but it will depend from printer resolution mostly). Cause figure is easy to cut-off so might be printed in 15mm as well I suppose.

I would say 19-20mm is about perfect (3/4 of an inch).
Phantombaz, Mesper is awesome at helping new designers out and encouraging them. We are lucky to have him around. He has a lot of experience, and is basically a wizard overall.
These look great, Fellas!
