Ok, now that I have my first ERA OF WAR set out there, what would you like to see me do next?
I have some concepts drawn up, but want to hold off posting anything just yet.

Sci-Fi Ninja's would definitely be awesome! I've been wanting to get some close range fighters for GunCrawl, Lol! ;D

You have to have a little inspiration to do these things, and I think Kil leans toward Sci Fi and Fantasy.

I *think* that you and I chose the same one, OneMonkeyBeau! Yeah, I voted, too! (Like MY vote means anything)... As far as the Zombies go, I am not really a "zombie-person." Besides, I try to avoid doing things that other people have done because I HATE to be compared to other people, because I would FAIL miserably in comparison. With Zombies, I would be facing ridicule by people saying, "Darkmook's are SO much better," or "Didn't OkumArts do that already?" If you can get me a picture of what you are talking about, Parduz, post it (email me, put it on FB, whatever) and I will see what you have in mind. VK is right, though, I have a tendency to hit "non-real" genres. I think a Minotaur should look a certain way, so I draw what I interpret it is, and people can't say, "That doesn't even look like a ---." It was kind of funny, after drawing the first few Taurs, that I was reminded of my "Critter Valley" idea and said I couldn't finish that because I can't draw animals. Hmmm.... Anyway, I woke up this morning with some AWESOME ideas for some figures. I have some "loose" figures that weren't used in WARMANCERS, and I am planning on revisiting some of my skeletons... but there was an army that hit me this morning that could be a LOT of fun, and VERY original. (Plus it lines up with a certain movie coming out soon... so I may wait until later to work on the ARMY OF DAWN-KIN - or sometihng like that). Ok, keep the votes coming! I am not sure what my next set will be, but you are letting me know what you DON'T want! [Note to self] Forget "Alien Mutants" for now... unless they were "Alien Mutant Zombies."]

If you can get me a picture of what you are talking about, Parduz, post it (email me, put it on FB, whatever) and I will see what you have in mind. This are the Mongoose Battlefield Evolution minis: The "army" could be any "generic" army force, the "rebels" any "generic" ...."civilian with modern weapon" with mixed skin tones and clothes. Basically, i'd like to be able to play urban guerrilla were few, hi-tech/hi-trained soldiers fights against waves and waves of low-tech/low trained rebels.

I will put these on my "To do" list. It is a little out of my realm, but as I continue to get the hang of doing figures, I can attempt to span out. I DO agree that there isn't a lot of this out there.
This could work well for my "JIN'DAN" forces. I think GW did some figures similar to this for one of the Imperial Armies. Now that I remember these, that is making this more interesting...
Let me get out a set that won't be too difficult to produce, and then I will revisit this!
Assault rifles and the prospect of converting Grendels_Mother64's cars ino urban assault vehicles DOES intrigue me! I can see one of these guys popping out of one of GM's vans and chasing a DeLorean! ;D

Well, since the Sci-Fi Ninjas are winning, here is some quick concept sketches. I pulled a little "inspiration" from my FAVORITE video game character of all time... FULGORE! Attachments:

A couple more quick sketches... There will be plenty with SMG's and Assault rifles, as well. "Ninjas with semi-automatic weapons," you might ask? Yes. Some will have pulse rifles as well. Not *every* figure will be a ninja. Most are warriors and some are assassins. Don't plan on seeing snipers, though. I am following the code of feudal Japan, and China... so nothing that would be considered "dishonorable," at least as I see it. Anything you would like to see, or any comments? Attachments:

Ok! The Xiarn Dynasty (Sci-Fi Ninjas) are done.
There are a couple new sets in the works! I am hoping to release a *few* sets by the end of the month.
I have a partner helping me with one set, and in between working with him, I will be working on other items as well.
My GOAL is to have ALL of the sets in the pole done by the end of the year (if not sooner) when I release the main rulebook for ERA OF WAR!
I am pretty excited because I am doing more "new" things with each set. I have a few "items" to "clean-up" on the existing sets, and they will be 100% compatible with EoW, and will have the same look and feel as the Xiarn Codex.
The Warmancers set is staying the same, because the figures in that set will be compatible with other armies... for example, the Necromancer will be able to be used with the Undead army (natuarally). I just have to make sure it doesn't break the balance of the game.
