I posted a poll to see what people would be interested in. SCI-FI NINJAS won. Here is a couple figures I have completed (just not colored yet). I *should* have this set up and running by the weekend. Here is one of the core units... Attachments:

ANY resemblance to SQUIRMYDAD in that last picture is purely coincidental! Here is another unit of the core troops. (Once again, not colored). I managed 5 fronts and 5 backs today... boy am I tired! Attachments:

According to legend, three brothers, a Necromancer, a Dracomancer and a Samurai, embarked on a quest to find the Amulet of Xiang-Wu. They searched for years until they finally found it. When they removed the amulet from the sacred chest, a mystical chain wrapped around them, binding them together eternally.
Every town and village has their own stories, but they ALL share this one. Perhaps it is REAL!Attachments:

Thanks! I am trying something different with thie set. I have heard my borders were to thick, other people said they were too thin. I decided to go with what felt right for me. Super thick borders make it easier to cut out the figures, and eliminate some slight misalignment issues with figures (not that MINE would ever have issues)! If people want to cut a more detailed figure, you still can. Like I said, another day or two like today and these will be running rampant on game tables everywhere (or at least in my kitchen). UpTrainFan89 had a GREAT idea, but I am saving that for a different set! I did come up with a GREAT way to give these figures various weapon options WITHOUT using layers and WITHOUT having to add on fiddly parts! I was pretty happy with it. Too bad I can't use it on ALL of my sets.

I have been PUSHING myself on this. I started yesterday morning with a stack of blank pages, and today (mess than 18 hours later), I have the ENTIRE set done, and the first page of figures ir laid out and I have already tested it for alignment. (I just have page to to go, and then the coloring... The funny thing is I was SO proud of making my lines SUPER thick... I made them the same thickness as my Minotaurs. Unfortunately, I didn't take into consideration the fact that these are HUMAN size... HALF the size of the Minotaurs. I know one thing... 4 hours of sleep isn't NEAR enough.

I am VERY tired, but here is a quick pic of 7 of the figures from the new set. I started this yesterday morning, and only have a couple figures to lay out, and then it is coloring time. I welcome any and all comments. Attachments:

Those are looking really good. I was surprised to see that they had a pet ...

These are looking great. My vote is for thick borders.
Yay! OK, back to work...

I started OVER, and redid the borders manually! I lost a day of work on these, but the results were worth it. They weren't easy to cut out, but they were pretty easy now. The male warrior should have had the space between his legs colored in, and I am sure that most people will do that. Oh, "A pet?" No, not " A pet..." more to follow in the codex! okumarts: Yes, please DO get back to work! I want some savage humans to play with in my DUNGEON PLUNGIN' games!

The coloring process has begun. I am not sure how long it will take to finish. I am hoping to have it out there by next weekend. NOTE: I have NO skills for texturing or Photoshop... the Lightning Orbs are hand-colored like everything else I do. Attachments:

There around 11, I think... they are all running together in my mind.
Being my friend on Facebook, following Grey Matter Games on Facebook and here, you should see almost the whole set.
We know how I can't keep secrets. Although there is a "special" figure in the set... if I decide to put it in. If I finish the Ocelot, I might sneak it in there are well. We will see...

COMING SOON: ERA OF WAR: XIARN DYNASTY Ok... I need to write the Codex, and then this will go on RPGnow... There are 10 figures (one special one) and a few accessories and things. I have a new texture for my bases (so no more "Dungeon Floor" textures, since EoW is made to be played as an outdoor game, not confined to underground). I am going to try to get this out by tomorrow evening. If so, then I will be two days early! There are a lot of "new" things in this set. One new feature is a couple of figures have various weapon choices. I can't create with layers, so this method is pretty original and seems to work pretty well. What is the coolest part of this? Now there are TWO complete army sets for EoW, so this means I get to play my FIRST ever game using ONLY EoW figures this weekend. That is AWESOME to me! Keep your eyes open for the new set coming to a download near you... Attachments:
