comments and advice are welcome I'd suggest making figure slightly more... wide -- so it will be proportional and stabile. It could be done just by adding some easy-to-made accessories vide shield and cloak. Additional bonus -- modability -- you can configure and/or reposition accessories in order to achieve various versions. Add to this some color and texture changes and.. VOILA -- you have almost brand new whole set (vide Kiladecus Taurus Warriors and many others as well) Something like here: And if you don't like so many changes then I'd suggest changing his right arm -- lower his shoulder (vide black line) and shift / move so elbow will be more to the left (from viewer's point of view). Then perhaps again sword could be little smaller -- just to maintain better overall symmetry. Most if not all changes could be done using copy / paste / move functions, and some parts could be easily masked using layers. Then of course all accessories should be on separate layers so you can easily change their positioning. Additionally it might be a good chance to master your Photoshop skills! However - these are just my 2 cents, still hope being helpful

However for this particular figure, and the reason why he has such a "long sword", is that he will be part of an elite unit, in fact he's the captain of this unit called The Long Swords. Though, now i have seen your changes i can easily make a new figure for another unit(s) Many thanks
