The theme for this months HOARD is Oriental and Bedouin This can be any sort of miniature on the above theme or feel free to submit miniatures off theme. If you submit a figure, they must include both front and rear art, have a proper trimming outline, and include instructions for multi-part models. Recolors and figure mods are encouraged, and even uncolored designs are welcome. No nudity or sexuality, but bloody gory and horrifying is encouraged. If you have questions about how to design your figures, like formats, resolution, and stuff like that, see the HOARD GUIDELINES in this forum category.

In looking for explorers for the Verne Hoard, I found a bunch of l'Imagerie d' Epinal paper theatre costumes. Some of those are mid-eastern, so would turning some of those into figures work to close it out?

Well, it would be a rather small group of figures. The images are not as good as I would like, but I started pulling a few from some of the sets.
'Oriental and Bedouin' -- Would that include Byzantine, Ottoman and Eastern Roman Empire? I can probably get to a set if I expand the parameters

Moved these last comments to the appropriate thread.
And I went from trying to find enough figures to having too many to deal with. Thank you Pillpat (Agence Eureka)

First off, I'm very grateful to have them of course, but it seems like I can type in a search on cardboard warriors one day and find nothing, then type it in again and find a bunch of ancient stuff that I never saw the first time. Or maybe its just dementia. Who knows? Anyway, these look great! Thanks Squirmy!

It was entered less than a month ago, so I think it is just timing, not the big D
