Coming December 9th, 2013; I just need to finish the other two color schemes, some minor tweaks that need adjusting, and finish the second gun option. Here he is rampaging through a 6mm city; And facing off against a 15mm scale Heavy Mech from Armor Grid; One model, endless destructive potential.

Brilliant work, our 15 mm game now has a full hybrid army.... It needed tanks.
That model is stunning, I've been waiting years since those sketches... You've really done it justice.

Now we need field artillery pieces for all forces so I can play FAD. Some sort of tripod mounted heavy weapons

WOW! That's great!
Are the three legs (the part that starts from the center) strong enough for the whole structure and some "play stress"? Seems they're a bit weak from here
(not a critic: just curiosity)

Seems they're a bit weak from here (not a critic: just curiosity) Actually it's four legs in an "X" configuration, just like the Slashers but larger. So far they've held up to repeated accidental drops from my workbench.

On something like this, I've had good luck sandwiching an extra layer in the legs, which really makes them more solid. I'm not sure if the extra card does it or the extra glue, but it works. Probably a bit of both.
On the Toposolitario Chicharra, I actually used transparency between the two faces of the legs and in the wings to help them hold up.

Sounds awesome! Are there 3"x3" circle bases in the bases section, I know there are 2"x2" ones, lol?

This is definitely an excellent model! I was wandering, could I get the bloody Scifi or guncrawl bases in 3" circle to use the cannoneer in Scifi crawl games?

I considered trying to reduce the cannoneer down to fit on a 2"x2" base for GunCrawl but was wandering if the way it was designed if it would work? I wasn't sure if it would make the legs too weak or how it would look compared to the other hybrids? Also if it would work what would it have to be reduced by?

To go from 3x3 to 2x2 I'd try printing 66%. Since making it smaller also makes it lighter, it would probably work. Remember you are not shrinking the paper's thickness, so you would have to cut the slots larger than indicated.

Lol I'll have to try that tonight. Unfortunately my main PC went out so I gotta use an underpowered laptop at the moment that doesn't get along well with Photoshop lol, that way I could make PDFs of the reduced size lol.

Do you not have the "print-to-PDF" option? That way you could print & save it at 66%. It's a default feature on Macs, but you might have to dig for it on a Windows or Linux-based PC.
