Edit: The image posted here had alignment issues. I have made a new one and will try to post it below. Since I already have one off-topic submission to the hoard this month, I decided to post this here. I wasted a long time googling things like "cloaked figure" before I hit on the idea of searching "Venetian Noble" (which was actually what I was trying to depict. I found a pen and ink sketch from, I think, the period (16th century) and coloured him using the Hackbarth Process. The paintings I found showed Venetian patricians in either all black or all red, but I took some artistic licence. When he was done he looked a little small next to the Permes pirates I want to use him with (I will scale them all down to 15mm) so I actually made him about 17% broader than the original sketch. I think he looks OK. Edit: link to page with the original image: world4.eu/italian-renaissance-fashion/

A very good illustration. It just seems un-miniature like, lacking the exaggerated proportions of gaming miniatures. But to use with Permes miniatures he is spot on, Permes is a more realistic designer. If I used him with Jim's and other designs more inspired by metal and plastic miniatures I would scale the head and hand a bit. 105%, 110% perhaps.
I always do a double take when I read Hackbarth Proccess. Surprises me yet. :-)

hackbarth: I would NEVER have figured out your process on my own and re-colour is one of the most common modifications people do. Sharing it was a great contribution to the community and the craft.

This is the replacement for the figure that I deleted above.
