@zsezse, you do just fine. Your English very understandable. I, too, am interested in the pronunciation of Zsezse. I know we are all very excited about your Elven Tower Set and are looking forward to further developments.

Is there a pronunciation guide for "Zsezse"? Is it pronounced like "tsetse" as in the "tsetse fly"? I'm guessing not. Google translate says it almost as "zshay-zsheh". Huh Tricky question! I can't describe it, but Antal say it at the beginning of the project video. (0:08-0:09)

I went back and listened a couple times, and think I have it down now. I'll be honest, I'm pretty good at dealing with accents, and it took me a good deal of effort to keep up with the video. For fun, I turned on the close captioning, and... well... It's pretty fun.
To encourage people to watch it and get more out of the video, consider re-shooting it and slowing down a bit when talking. I watched the video again, and still there are sections that I'm missing. Like, 0:15 - 0:20... I listened several times, and I have no idea what was said. I bet once I'm told, it'll all make sense. You can also upload your own captions for the video, which might help. Honestly, most of the video, Antal is speaking more slowly and I have no trouble understanding him.

I agree with that, though; I know from personal experience that speaking to an audience, even one you can't see, is nerve racking. But if you consciously try to slow it down, your words will be much easier to understand. I watched the video, too, and I realized that Antal was just as nervous as I get, so I sympathize. Another tip: breathe!

mproteau (Paper Realms), dungeonmistressThank you for your advice, we are working on a new, more scenic video with one of our fans who is a native speaker (he helped us a lot in the Marble Sanctum Battlemap and the description of this project). aaron, thank you for your offer! We already have a native speaker who we are currently working with on the video, but perhaps in the future we need more people, who knows. THX again!

Sample picture of the Moon Texture style with some switchable items. More Project update Coming Soon ! "We are always trying to improve the potential of PDF files. Most of our products include a lot of customizing options. With these you can change the look of the buildings and get a more diverse and customizable model; switch and move doors and windows anywhere you want and customize your selected style by buttons." Stunning! absolutely stunning! The Moon artwork is beautiful and as oldschooldm says those windows are pieces of art in their own right.
I'll go and spread the word on Ulthuan.net as I'm sure the members there will be very interested.

I think that this is a very great project. And most likely I will buy later this cardboard model on rpgnow.
But I also think that indiegogo is not "visible" as kickstarter. I find it more "confusing", less attractive as projects' "container" and therefore it has less "occasional" followers.
I think ( only as an example ) to Ryan Wolfe's projects ( starships' deckplans ). Without problems, they are soon founded with 5000/6000 U.S. dollars each time.
Imho "Elven Papercraft Tower and Wall set" project on kickstarter have already collected a lot more funding.

Hello, sorry for the silence, we have some situation that we have to solve. We were seeking for possibilities to run our campaign on Kickstarter and now perhaps we found one. The big question is: IF ("if" is important) we will be able to run campaign on Kickstarter from next month, should we cancel the current one and re-launch there? I know it doesn't matter to most of you, we have got here a lot of help and support from you, but perhaps on a wider market we could give more at the end.

Your campaign deserves to be exposed to the widest possible audience. As I've mentioned before terrain pieces for Elves are a rarity and your campaign very much answers the need for good high quality terrain specifically for Elves.

I agree that Kickstarter would probably give you a wider audience by virtue of their wide reputation. I do not however; know how one would go about this. My recommendation would be to contact fatdragontom, either here or at the Fat Dragon forum. I know he is as excited about your campaign as we are and has been promoting it on his forum. Fat Dragon uses Kickstarter a lot and Tom could tell you quite a bit about it. He's cool like that. You have a phenomenal idea and design and we are all anxious to see it come to fruition. And truthfully, I was looking at your numbers on Indie-Gogo yesterday and wondering if you would make your goal. Please, though; do look carefully at whatever contract you may have with Indie-Gogo first to make sure you won't be hurting your selves by leaving them. You know, penalties and such. (Again, I don't know how these things work.) We really want to see you succeed in a big way!

I'm a proud owner of the elven mill and I really want to see all the village come to life. I agree that KS have a wider audience, but IGG have worked fine for Freebooter Minis, by example. Some ads on Theminiaturespage? I'm waiting to see how all things evolve (and try to gather some money too) Good luck!

Now the project is canceled on Indiegogo and ready to a new start on Kickstarter!First of all, we are very thankful for all the support that you’ve given our Elven Papercraft set; it’s really great to see how many of you are interested in our project. Perhaps you already know that we’ve had a very serious discussion with our fans and other publishers about which platform we should use to reach our goals and give you the best set at the end. Unfortunately using Kickstarter from Middle Europe seemed impossible, but now we’ve got the chance to re-launch our project on Kickstarter and reach a wider public. We’ve made the decision to cancel this project on Indiegogo and re-launch it on Kickstarter on the 1st of June. It was a hard decision to make because we’ve gotten a lot of help from you on our current project, but I’m sure with this step we will be able to create an even larger set with more contents. A big thank you for your support here, we hope you will follow and support us on Kickstarter, too, when we launch on the 1st of June. We will make a more scenic video with a native speaker, re-build our Perk levels and everything will get a brand new, more Elvish design in the description! From the new desig: Unfortunately, Indiegogo doesn't allow us to delete the campaign because we’ve already raised some funds, but please be patient, your money is in a safe place and you will get it back right after the deadline, June 22th. Thank you very much and sorry for the inconvenience!

Looks great! @ things, only, I see:
1) Show something in each of the textures you offer, including the new nature texture.
2) You have illustrated boxes showing what comes with elfling, warrior and lord levels, but not king or god. It would be nice (and would probably garner more support) if those two levels were illustrated as much as possible, even if only with just a list and some sketches, which would be updated as needed. Gives us something to wet our imaginations.
Other than that, it's looking good!
BTW: Have you thought of offering elven and orcish cannons for bonuses? And siege towers, perhaps? Another thought for bonuses: Trees, rivers and tall bridges a'la Rivendale?
I wish you all the luck in the world!
PS: I am planning to back you at the king level, or more if I can.

Yes the Kickstater preview looks good and is an improvement. It's good to see illustrations of what the textured pieces will look like as the white paper models on Indiegogo were just too plain. I agree that it would be nice to have illustrated boxes for the king and god levels as the text description alone is somewhat underwhelming.
Um..... as a long time Elf player DM I always thought Elves wouldn't be seen dead using cannons.

For an elven cannon, I had imagined something with a longish barrel and lots of filigree texture (picture a long, tapering barrel, made of a shiny metal - mithral, adamantium? But it must be elegant). Just as elves are known for their proficiency with long bows, this would be a long range cannon that would work with magical assistance (no need for a wick and gun powder) and would lob magic missile like spells over extreme distances (perhaps an elf mage mini to go with?). An orc cannon would, on the other hand, be a much cruder, yet still deadly efficient, construct. Just idle thoughts, from an idling (addled?) brain.

Yes, we have plans to show the textures and we are working on the headers of the King and God levels. Siege towers are in the stretch goals, cannon would be interesting and nice idea. Elegant cannon.... hm... perhaps in an alliance with the dwarves? In hard times they could perhaps do that (very hard times)

What is the difference between the "Tower, 12 angled" at Knight level and the "Tower, 12 angled" at Lord level? Greetings, Zephalo Possibly at Lord level it might be taller to enable the Lord to better survey his much wider domain.

What is the difference between the "Tower, 12 angled" at Knight level and the "Tower, 12 angled" at Lord level? Greetings, Zephalo Hi, there will be different switchable doors, windows and arches in the Lord level to the Knight. And there will be some changes in the texture styles + the Knight level now has "Mage" windows, too. They will be diferent sets after we publish them. Now the Lord level includes every sets with all unlocked stretch goals.

An Elven/Dwarven collaboration on a cannon...Yes! I think that would work and possibly suggest your next project: A Dwarven stronghold...neighbors to the Elves, living in treaty with them for the common good. Can't help it, I'm and idealist. After that, gotta have an Orcish fort or encampment or some such. I'll keep you busy all by myself!
