The cutfiles are posted for the bonus page of the Darkfast Classic Fantasy Advanced Classes: Ducks figures. NOTE: When possible, turn off all extraneous layers, like text layers! You need to make sure that there no graphics interfere with the registration marks. This is true for several of the cutfiles I've made recently. If you forget, you can probably get away with creating white shapes in the Studio software that cover up the offending graphics. I took a peek at the Axes and Anvils set, and the Dark Age of Adventure set, but I don't think either will be cutfile friendly without seriously reformatting the page, so no cutfiles for them yet. I think the Wood Elves are next.

Ooh. Just learned this trick that may help with files that need a little reformatting. I drag my PNG into my studio file and draw rectangles around each figure. I then select all the rectangles AND the background image, and using the Object menu, I select Object > Modify > Crop. This chops the image up into small pieces that I can move around independently. This will allow someone to quickly export the page, then break it apart in Studio and align each figure up with their cutlines. Splendid!

The cutfiles are posted for Darkfast Classic Fantasy Set Two: Wood Elves. I'll correct the cutfiles if I run into any problems - a couple of the figures didn't line up as perfectly as I'd want them to, but I think I've lined up the cutlines well enough.

I just posted some cutfiles for the greenknee promo pdf for Darkfast Dungeons kickstarter. I think the promo is only for backers. If you are reading this prior to August 7, 2014 and you haven't bought into the kickstarter, it's not too late! Buying in at the $10 level will get you access to the stretch goals, but there are higher levels to consider, and add-ons as well!

Please don't take this the wrong way, but since this thread isn't going away, could "we" fix the grammar in the title? It should read "Are there cutfiles . . ." I know it is my problem, but every time I read it it feels like an ice pick to the "verb agreement centre" of my brain.

This cracked me up. You can't imagine how I fought to follow the convention of "Cutfile:" on the posts in the automated cutter forum... then I had some that were "cutfile:" and some that were "Cutfile:" so I went and fixed them. Then I noticed I spelled out a number in one title, and used numerals in the others... Then I found out there's a limit to the length of the title, and had to drop the "Cutfile:" prefix. Now I'm tempted to relabel them again. LOL. I've got issues - I will freely admit that. At first, the phrase "Is there cutfiles" irked me, but now it makes for an easy phrase I can search for to get back to the topic. Alternatively, I could create a new topic that I use to index Okumarts cutfiles. I like that idea. And just for you, cowboyleland, I will name it "Yes, there is cutfiles for any of Okumart's minis!"

I must admit to a tendency to renaming all my files for consistency among them. It sucks when I realize there's a better way to put it, and am tempted to rename vast swaths of files.

My mother was a professor of English and American Literature, but it's my dad who is the grammar-nazi. Correct spelling and grammar is very deeply ingrained in my psyche ... my OCD-tendencies take over at times... like when I see "rouge" for "rogue", or the misuse of "decimate" when "devastate" is meant. I'm not nearly as bad as my dad, who I think dismissed Star Trek (TOS) on the basis of their famous split-infinitive, and believes that the advent of texting presages the apocalypse... or at least the fall of the American Empire...

My favorite typo is "Warhammer 40K:Rouge Trader", the miniatures cosmetic battles game of the far future.

Now, now. Let's not go throwing stones in our glass houses, lest I recommend a renaming of the forum to "cardstock-warriors". :-P

okumarts - is it just me, or did you intentionally hide a viking dance party in the layers of Dark Age of Adventure Set One: Vikings? I'm trying to make cutfiles that will cope with all the layers, and if you turn off the weapons and shields, there are several guys there clearly bustin' some pretty sick moves.

Back on track... there are cutfiles posted now for the Dark Age of Adventure Set 1 - Vikings set. I know what you're thinking - "vikings? yeah, vikings are cool, but that's just not what I need for my adventure..." Well, I want to explain how mistaken you are! Have you ever needed a bedraggled hermit NPC? Turn off the weapons and shields, and he's in this set. Have you ever needed some poorly funded militia or village guards? Yeah. Right here. Have you ever needed a couple of angry arguing farmers (here!), woodsmen (here!) or run-of-the-mill villagers (here!)? Have you ever needed a couple disco dancing hobos to liven up your tavern? Over there. NO! KIDDING! THEY ARE HERE. There is even one guy who, frankly, if you take away his weapons and shield, kinda looks like a guard that really needs to pee. How is that for the start of a great adventure hook?!? "Hey - guys - could you do me a HUGE favor and watch this stuff for a minute?" "Dark Age of Adventure"? Nope. More like "Awesome Age of Awesome".

Many linguists currently argue that splitting an English infinitive should not be considered an error. None of which gets the title of this thread changed.
