Dungeon Saga: The Dwarf King's Quest Prototype Set in the Dwarfen Hold of Dolgarth, one player will take on the role of Mortibris and command the Undead in a battle against mighty heroes. These adventurers can be split between up to 4 players, or led by just one. You’ll use the simple rules to play through the game’s exciting scenarios, before eventually facing off against the Necromancer in a final showdown!

Don't forget, you can't die while you have unpainted minis, right?

It's terrible really. I've got plastic minis still on sprues. I've got multipart metal minis that have never been glued together. I've got a mounted Valten figure from around 2002 or so and a Helblaster Volley Gun that I bought at the same time that are both still in their original packaging. I've also got an ancient Ral Partha Boneripper from their AD&D line, released around 1990 or so that's still in its blister pack.
Also, I recently acquired second hand copies of the Doom and World of Warcraft boardgames. They were barely used and I picked them up for about a 10th of their retail price absolute bargain! Between those two there are at least 100 figures or so.
All I have to say is, "there can be only one!"

Cool! - you've got Battlemaster. I have the map, the cards and all the cardboard parts, but some rotter nicked off with all the minis in the box.

Battle master is indeed good, but the mono pose minis get a little tiresome after a while. i had a unit of halberdiers modded with bits from the GW empire range to provide different heads etc. @ Parduz; not seriously trying to boast here, just a bit of fun, but i think we collect stuff way ahead of our ability to paint.

Ah, this is now a battle about who have more unpainted minis? Let's see... - A staggering chunk (95-ish%) of Descent, starting at the big core box of 1st edition...
- Runewars with expansion
- Several assorted boardgames with fantasy miniatures
- The entirety of the D&D Adventure System
- 80% of the D&D Dungeon Comand, they are prepaints, they need to be re-painted
- Multiple boxes of Warhammer Fantasy stuff
- Several (three?) boxes of GW LotR stuff, ALL of it dwarves
- Five boxes of Wargames Factory stuff
- Two boxes of Perry miniatures stuff
- Two boxes of Pegasus farm animals
- A box of Fireforge Games stuff
- Assorted bits and bobs (including miniatures) from Warlord Games
- Three Mantic Games army boxes (Undead, Elves, Ogres) <- EDIT, no idea how I forgot about this*!
I really need to pain my minis. ;_; I stopped counting when I hit over 1000 of them. ;_; I might need help. ... With painting them of course. *) Maybe I just wanted to forget due to how bad the Ogres are?

I hear what you're saying hasturhasturhastur, - I would hate to think how many unpainted minis I have (sigh). The Elves in my collection are more likely to be painted than other minis, but as for the rest they are all 'legions of the grey'.

After thinking about it I decided to withdraw my pledge right on the 11th hour. Basically I need more minis like a hole in the head and I already have a number of papercraft dungeon layouts from all the usual suspects, - so why the heck do I want to spend money I can ill afford on yet another dungeon game system no matter how dressed up it might be with sparkly bells and whistles.

Because that's what gamers do:) (Seriously, it soon mounts up, and there's little point if they never get used).

Because that's what gamers do:) (Seriously, it soon mounts up, and there's little point if they never get used). That was my worry Mister C. I could see all this stuff arriving from the kickstarter and it ending up in the half dozen large storage crates in the garage along with all my other redundant gaming minis and terrain pieces. I'd already subscribed to Dave's 'Darkfast Dungeons' kickstarter and really that's going to do all I want for the foreseeable future.
