So, first off, I'm sorry if this turns out to cause trouble for anyone. I've tried working with Silhouette tech support, but they've been tremendously unhelpful. I've been primarily creating files on my work machine, but sometimes I create files at home. It turns out my work machine's Silhouette Studio produces cutfiles that won't cut to the edge of the cutting region, but files created at home work great. Simply re-saving the bad files on my home machine doesn't help. I need to create a new file, copy the lines over, and save that.
I created the Abandoned Wagon files after following Silhouette Studio's process for fixing the problem, but it hasn't worked, so I need to manually fix up those files. I'll re-attach them when they're ready.
Now I'm just gonna rant, because it's late, and I've spent way too much time trying to get Silhouette tech support to work with me to understand the problem.
I tried to do this manual fix-up process with all of my other files, but if you find any that don't cut to the edge, PLEASE let me know. I feel pretty bad about people wasting their ink, paper and time. Unfortunately, there's no way I know of to identify the bad files, and Silhouette tech support refuses to acknowledge the questions I've asked. Three times now I've been told to change preferences in the software (despite telling them that the settings are already set that way...) but at no point have they acknowledged that I've asked how to cleanly remove the software from my system so I can try reinstalling, or how I can identify which files might have an error so I can manually fix them up. I've even sent them sample files that demonstrate the problem, but they haven't even acknowledged that I sent the files - they just repeat the turn-on-cut-to-edge-of-page, and delete-appdata-files instructions.
