Hello Ali,
This is a great first figure! The only thing I would say is that his complexion looks a little grey. A warmer tone would let him look a little more healthy.

I was wondering if it was my screen resolution - he looked a bit green when I saw him!!
A fab first stab at it - much better than I would be able to do.

Green face can be an issue about CMYK RGB thing. On my mac I see a healty person Now I changed it into RGB. Can you try again. Thanks for comments.

Red-haired guy looks better, but his two companions are still grey on my computer

Yep. Skin color of the left guy is around 230, 230, 210 , the center one is 235, 220, 210 and the rightmost one is 230, 240, 210. So the results are a very lighly yellow, red and green skin.... but very close to pure gray. By the way, great drawing and pose

Humm, I opened the photoshop file on GIMP and the skin color is very healthy pale pink. I like the way you work with layers. Very clean, every layer for a purpose, very organized.
It must be something to do with the way PS is saving the file. You can try saving in PNG (it is a better format for paper minis anyway, JPG is for photos) to see what happens.
Very good first character! Good anatomy, good posing, it stand like a person would stand not like a puppet. I think you can try a character in movement next.

Being my personal nemesis, i'd guess the "color profiles" are messing the colors when exporting, then.

Great figure! Great style! Only one problem... he looks like part of a crew, but where are the rest? * *(My joking way of saying "great job, make some more").
