My first thought was that someone took an awful lot of time to pick up those rocks in the field, only to line them up in a grid pattern. Too many rocks, on the lines. Two issues. I would prefer the borders around those rocks to be thinner, too.
Just my first thoughts

I spent quite a while on that bit and kind of became rock blind.

If the black borders on the small rocks were thinner, it wouldn't be quite as noticeable, and if some were offset so that they just touch the grid lines, it would be a bit better.

The loose rocks really don't work at all to me. The heavy outlines make them look like they've been parachuted in from somewhere else - compare the way the path blends into the grass, whereas the rocks look like they've all just been deliberately placed. The green square grid works far better if you're intending to have a grid at all, so I'd say lose the loose rocks.
If you wanted something more subtle as a grid, try using different coloured grass patches, or even weeds/flowers/small non-grass plants, as occasional "dots" along some edges and corners (not always the same different colour each either, or it'll seem too uniform).
The overall look of the tile is a little "snakeskin" - the patchwork of grass clumps, and even the cobbled path, are just a bit too regular and repetitive. The grass especially looks more like an astroturf carpet with a deliberate pattern than "real" grassland. Tiling from basic texture blocks I can do myself if I want it, so in a paid-for product, I'm looking for something less "computerised", for instance.
