I'll be rolling-out 6 packs of minis soon. Here's a sneak peek of some upcoming baddies. The goblins are mostly done at this point, but here's an earlier sketch of their lineup.
I'm working on some reptiles as well.
The final figures will be two sided. I hope you like 'em so far.

They look great. I especially love the inclusion of the zombie and skeleton versions in the goblin set!
One point though, if you are planning on selling your minis through Drivethrurpg or the like, you may want to watch out for "product identity" issues with the yuan-ti. I have a feeling it - like the mind flayer and others - is not open game content according to the OGL. JUst a matter of renaming it as "serpentman" or the like, though.
I am really looking forward to these....

chiefasaur Are you planning something with the breed of the undead? At the moment, my monster packs will include undead variants, either a skeleton, zombie, or both (check out the goblin pack sketch.) I may do a set of just undead in the future, because I am getting a number of requests for them. Perhaps a kit with mummies, wraiths, ghouls etc will be added to my to do list. I am super new at this, and I'm already working on five different 6-packs of monsters right now and most of them will have some kind of undead included.

Cool! Will there be more poses of the snakeman style? He's my favorite of the lot.

Cool! Will there be more poses of the snakeman style? He's my favorite of the lot. Thanks! I'm not planning on any more snakemen at the moment. He's part of a "theme" pack, where I focus more on similar monsters, like monsters from the same environment, or monsters you would find working together. The "Scales & Slime" pack is meant to be for common swamp and jungle style encounters. Though, if there is enough demand for a snakeman army pack, or a wave 2 of Scales and Slime, then perhaps more serpentfolk will join the ranks. I have a good variety of other army and theme packs coming up, like kobolds, elementals, raiders (orcs & gnolls) so there will be many more types of monsters to enjoy

Okay, I haven't been able to take part in gaming in a long, long time, but frankly, if I was still gaming, and I had access to several of these snakemen, I would work them into an encounter. He just screams 'Use me!'

Dang! I didn't know snake-fella's would be popular. Perhaps I'll have to push a serpent-flavored pack to the top of the priority list.

Goblins are useful, too. Don't get me wrong. My days go back to AD&D, and goblins came up in random encounters quite a bit. The snakemen would be a planned encounter, and knowing our old GM's (we'd trade off), we would plan something big for these.
It's hard to figure out what is going to grab the customers' attention. I think you can trust the first impressions of viewers of this forum. Maybe not the top of the list (not knowing what you have planned), but definitely not something to be shelved and forgotten

Maybe not the top of the list (not knowing what you have planned), but definitely not something to be shelved and forgotten Oh you are totally correct! What I am trying to deliver with my first few packs are commonly encountered monsters. Goblins are dirt-common in the gaming world, so I made an entire pack for them, add some variety (as well as undead varients, because who doesn't want pint-sized skeletons skittering around the battle field?) But that's also why I only included one snake man, they seem to show up less, at least I my experience. I have a lot of progress done on some other packs, but now you guys got me really wanting to do a special snake-pack, could give me an excuse to paperify my snakeman mummy I drew many years ago...

You guys have snakefolk ideas running around in my head, and I already have so many minis to work on! Here's a python-man temple guard, could be a useful Type 1 Yuan-Ti malison for a D&D 5E game. He'll show up in a full snakefolk set eventually, but i really gotta finish these elementals!

Love them. Any chance of a snake-man/human hybrid to fill out the set......?? There will probably be a figure with a human torso and snake tail, like a mermaid... but with snake bits instead of a fish I haven't put too much thought into a snake army pack, I've been busy drawing the backs of a few minis, and I want to do a non-reptile set next. I also have a kobold set 1/4 finished, so I need to space out the reptiles with other things.
