We've bundled several of the latest free minis into a single convenient set. There's also a brand new exclusive figure in the form of a half-elven bard! As the set is packed with warriors and the star is a musician, the set is titled "A Rhapsody of Clashing Steel". The set is available here: www.rpgnow.com/product/181111/Kevs-Lounge-Paper-Minis-A-Rhapsody-of-Clashing-SteelIt's completely free, but we've made it Pay-What-You-Want for those who wish to give us a little support. A big thank you to all of those out there that do support us. You guys make this all possible! Minis included in this set: • Dwarven Warrior • Half-Elven Bard • Murmillo • Fighter with Greatsword • Ninja • Elven Paladin • Hobgoblin Warlord The set also includes an artbook which has beautiful high-res art for each character and sketchbook images which give a little insight into the design process.

These do look very good, and they even got backsides.

Excellent! Though you have released them exactly one day after I finally got round to printing out *all* of the other seven from the FB downloads!! lol! Haven't even got round to cutting any of them out yet - could have saved myself some ink and photo paper had I waited a day........

Haven't even got round to cutting any of them out yet - could have saved myself some ink and photo paper had I waited a day........ Might be worth having 2 of each figure Seeing as this one's full of warriors, I imagine there are a lot of people out there that will troop-build with these. The Dwarf and the Elven Paladin seem particularly good for that purpose. I really enjoy the art books. Thanks The artbooks started out as a way to add the value to the set using stuff that I already had, but at the time I had no idea of how valuable they'd be. It's nice to have the high resolution artwork for the figure showing off the detail that's in there, but perhaps not noticeable on the small minis. oldschooldm has told me prints that art out separately to use on initiative cards. I particularly like the sketchbook pages, and hope that other artists find them very valuable and inspiring. With this set in particular I tried to really show the process, and if you look closely you can really see the evolution from a vague idea to a detailed finished figure. Some of the sketches really highlight things that I struggled with and how I eventually solved things. I've been toying with the idea of screen-capturing parts of the design process and putting timelapses on YouTube.

I generally avoid videos on the internet, but that type of time lapse would be something I would make time for

The Dwarf and the Elven Paladin seem particularly good for that purpose. Well that has certainly been the case with all your previous sets - though with them I generally printed and built them as they came in. For these ones I had literally printed all six in one batch the day before your release!!! lol! Bur I am not complaining - your figures are so cool I am contemplating giving the "spares" I have printed to other folk to try and encourage them to come join the dark side......
