Cardboard Warriors forum member nikloveland has assembled a collection of various free fantasy miniatures that were scattered through the forum. He also made cut-files. Ladies and gentlemen, for your convenience and enjoyment I present the Cardboard Warriors Forum Fantasy collection #1; onemonk.com/guest-dl.html

Oh that is so cool! Thank you nikloveland!!!! This forum is full of wee gems like these, but I could never get my head round GIMP enough to actually work out how to format a sheet-full myself..... Cheers much!!!!

There are a great number of free one shot items like this scattered throughout the Cardboard Warriors forum. They're kind of like Easter eggs. If you want to go on an Easter egg hunt and make a compilation of some of these freebies that have been lost in the dark recesses of the forum, Please look at the format that Nik used in his layout. You don't have to make cut-files, but if you do a layout that is cut-file compatible I am sure someone will step up and complete that portion of the project. Just make it easier for them. Also, a photograph of the finished miniatures like the one above is always greatly appreciated by the original artists, that way they know someone used their work.

And here was I thinking I'd done a fine job of tracking down as many minis as I had when I first discovered the CWF, yet those in this compilation I've no recollection of seeing at all! Makes me wonder what else I've missed. Forum topic titles often aren't reliable in such hunting, of course

My employees' daughter will turn 10 years old in a couple of days so I printed the wizards and unicorns for her and the bases are the cobblestones from Fat Dragon Games. Thanks to everybody who made this possible!

The 14 year old brother of the birthday girl also liked the wizards and unicorns so I printed the "Miscellaneous Fantasy" characters and an Irish dwelling for him. Once again, thanks to everybody who made it possible to give these kids some fun stuff.
