So I've been running a White Star RPG Star Wars campaign and I thought I'd run a major story arc in 2017. I've been using paper minis and that's going just fine, but I wanted the campaign to stand out so I'm going the extra mile on this one. First off: Custom Character Sheets, made to look like the old toy packaging. Secondly: Custom terrain brought to you by the fine folks at swminiature.free.fr/download_decors3d.htmThirdly: Custom minis made from Fighter Pods toys. Man, it's hard to find them fighter pods toys these days...

That looks like an extra three miles to me.

Really great stuff, love it all! You plan on using 2D maps as well or just 3D terrain? If you should have use for 2D deck plans of an Old Republic Consular Cruiser (the red ship from the beginning of Episode I) or of a YT-2660 Transport (your not so ordinary stock light freighter/paddenger transport), you can find those in my deviantART gallery: theshepster.deviantart.com/gallery/40511499/Battlemaps

I was trying to map out the player's ship. It would be too ungainly to build as a full 3d thing. I'm considering piecing it together using foam core and then texturing it with print outs... that might work better, but wow, talk about time consuming.

That, and the space needed to store all those 3D models, since SW ships of medium to small size are sure as hell quite hard to be build in a modular fashion. My group just got hold of a YT-2660 in our Edge of the Empire game. I had my map printed onto pvc sheet, so now I can roll it up and store it with all my other battle maps. Plus, I can simply wipe it clean should someone spill their drink or food on it...

I'm gearing up to build the player's Starship. It's a little Corellian Scow named the Stellar Flare. Doodles and plans to follow.

I'm sure you've heard it before, but I love those character sheets!

Ah, good Sir, may I interest you in a YT-2660 light Corellian transport instead? Good as new with only 200,000 light years on the hull. And dirt cheap, too! Only 75,000 Credits, but that's open for negotiation...

Shep, that is a thing of beauty! I'm going to have to build the thing I think.

New Fighter Pods figures arrived today from Indonesia (only took 8 weeks!). Time to get the sets ready.
