Not sure if you all can use the mine adit or not, but by modifying the Kringle Bunker, it was a pretty easy deal, but the entrance beams were too long. so I fixed the file. I still hope to have it built tonight. I need to ask a question, and it will make more sense if I post the files. I originally planned on a dead-end hallway going in (which is why the base is textured), then decided to just have the beams frame a black spot indicating the looming darkness. Now that I'm working on the 'fixed' version, I am leaning more towards the hallway concept. What is your opinion?

With a thanks for help from my forum friends here is a Mod of John Hartman's Heroic Fantasy Races 01. I used his base Centaur and exchanged weapons from other Races in the set. The Centaur Mountain Herd.

Did this one die before it got out of the gate? Or is the Real World © getting in the way of our fantasy?

Sorry - yeah - life is busy. I've got the PDFs together, and will try to bang out the cutfiles tonight. I only get a night or two a week to do anything "fun" if I'm lucky, and I've been prioritizing getting some Paper Realms stuff going again.

PDFs are built... Cutfiles are built... I always forget that my kids go to bed, and my cutter is RIGHT NEXT to their rooms. I will have to wait until tomorrow morning or Friday to get things cut, edged and assembled for photos!

I fondly remember things like that when my son was young
Hey, the kid is asleep, now I can ... oops

My best "Kid Sleeping" story: I had just sung my fussy first-born to sleep and someone started a Harley just outside the open apartment window. The kid slept right through. Seconds later a flock of wild geese flew overhead and honked. Kid started crying. Stupid city kid.

Just for the record... my kids are 15 and 12... we TRY to keep them up late, but they insist on going to bed early because school starts so dang early!

I try to get my kid to stay home from school and play with me (and maybe something true.) But nooooo, he wants to go and try to improve his grades.
I am a horrible influence...

So, Friday didn't pan out - wife and I decided to just hang out over a drink, and I went and made mine too strong. lol We're driving up to Maine for the weekend - wife is running the Sugarloaf marathon tomorrow. I'll hopefully find time Monday to make the progress I owe on this. If you're chomping at the bit for the hoard and cutfiles, here: www.dropbox.com/s/6lke5rum9coqyhc/fh152.zip?dl=0

My only experience in Maine is driving across the border to say I'd been there and turning around. I was in Boston, and a friend asked if I'd been to any of the New England states, so we made a loop to catch Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine. Just as well we did, because I really haven't had another obvious opportunity.
Have a great time

Got the bunker thing built, the minis cut out (I'll start edging tomorrow at work while running tests... Zzz...) AND I remembered to register for a karate tournament. Not so much looking forward to that last one, but it's kind of a requirement for me to have participated in all of the events prior to my next belt test... I could try to tell my instructor that I've assembled many dozens of martial-arts-themed minis, but I have a feeling that doesn't count. Not even the katana schoolgirls.
