I tried my first paper model that wasn't just a foldover (or series of connected foldovers) in over six months... it did not end well. Simple A-frame Celt/Viking home, I made many errors. Fortunately I printed two, so the next one will be better.
This was just embarrassing...

If you're rusty after 6 months, imagine how I was after 8 years or so!

Can you be pre-rusted? If so, then that's me.

Post photos! That way, we can point and laugh as we brush our own disasters into the recycle bin... I've got it and the second one finishing up today, I will post pics of both side by side. The errors may be too slight to notice in a picture, but *I* know that they are there...

...and I am working on the Sandmaster from Genet Models. It is going poorly. I *know* that Christopher Roe makes perfect kits, but I just can't seem to get everything lined up right. Or cut properly to begin with o.0

Or cut properly to begin with o.0 The tires are very, veeeerrrrryyyyy time consuming. When I made my Sandmaster I put on a long movie and glued two tabs at a time, held in place for 40 seconds, repeat, repeat repeat. It's a great model at the end.

It's a great model at the end. Oh, the tires are coming from a dollar store toy truck. I may be mentally ill, but not crazy enough to try the Sandmaster wheels o.0

Ben Franklin was within walking distance. I'd have to get Mom to drive me to TG&Y. I don't think Dad ever took me to TG&Y. He knew better.
Mom knew, too, but she was more of a push-over
