Hey! someone found the 'I Voted' sticker useful. Soaringraven has some pretty sweet stuff. We all need to visit and sit in on a game sometime
You've only seen a tiny fraction of the stuff we've built and designed over the years - but you can be sure that we'll show off and share some more in the future. If you ever find yourself in the Munich area (the one in Bavaria with the world's biggest bender in the autumn) you're very welcome to visit.
Thanks a lot to all the congratulations and compliments - they mean a lot! Also, congratulations to all the other particpants in this year's Papercuts. It's an honour and a pleasure to be a part of such a welcoming community.
I took a loot back at previous years to see how many voted for Best in Show and was surprised to see that the highest was 179 votes back in 2014. At present, we have only 28 votes for this year. At first, I was worried that this indicates our hobby is in massive decline. Then I looked again and noticed that folks were voting for up to 5 submissions and there were only 45 unique voters back then. So, maybe we're a little smaller now, but not by much, really.

Also many people don't bother to vote. In the past 24hrs (I know, too late to vote, but I assume it is a typical number) there were 46 members online and nearly 400 "guests." People who participate in the board in any way seem to be a very small percentage of people that have some interest, assuming most of the "guests" didn't get here by mistake.
soaringraven: Nice Surprise! We have some things in common: we both are european ( I live in Northern Italy, "only" 300 km from Munich); we are equal in age; we both like papercrafting (different skill levels, but I'm working on it). Of course, we both are male, married and so on...
I have no plan to taje a tripo to Germany, but it willl be nice to meet, somewhere in the future!
cowboyleland: Things muggles don't say: I stayed in tonight and built one and a half dragons.

cowboyleland: I thought I started a new thread late last night but apparently it glitched. I was asking if anyone had any leads on some female barbarians I could mod onto lion bodies to make D&D style lamia. DOH! I see the thread now.

shep: He basically says that he loves the flat design for being a flat, easy to store design. However, he does not like building cardboard minis, so he's very glad that he can buy these MDF versions.

shep: I found this website (https://flatpackforces.com/collections/fantasy) via a youtube video. They are offering 2D flat MDF-minis, and they have loads of One Monk designs up for sale. I was wondering, if they licensed the minis, or if this is art theft...
