Yes, it would be better with a back. With a little practice, backs don't take that long (unless you are horrible at it, like me). But we have accepted Mirror-backs before.
The thing I would like to see is fixing the edge of the axe that got cut off.

I can't tell you how many times I have to go through a string of 'Edit/Un-do's' when I realize I accidentally clipped something. Only in your case, it looks like you have gone too far to get back. Did you save the original figure?

I can't tell you how many times I have to go through a string of 'Edit/Un-do's' when I realize I accidentally clipped something. Only in your case, it looks like you have gone too far to get back. Did you save the original figure? well, no sir... i mean, i have the original sketch in paper but when i started making it on computer i just going forward and i didnt saved it....but is ok, i am still learning so, this mini was just to see how the program Works, resolutions after printing.... I already understood that if i want to make something Good i need to be more serious while working ah but the way, maybe is because my english and i didnt explain myself properly... this is my problem while scaling and sizing a mini I made the big one in a A4 size, then when i try to reduze the size is getting pixelated ( like you can see in the small one) my question is, how can i manage it? i saw many people here that drawings line are superb... I know i am a Little burdersome....

I'm not great at this. I know there must be a better way, but I generally have to go through and pick off pixelation tediously. I look for it before I move on and fix things in my big image before reducing. In the big image, look at the white spots. Sometimes when reducing, they will disappear and other times they will become worse. Getting the original near perfect reduces the problem

The only suggestion I have is to scan the first drawing at the highest possible resolution.
It might also help to draw at something closer to the final scale, like maybe draw a floor and an eyeline 90mm apart and try to design to that.
Others here probably have better advice than I do.

If i could make the backs may i present this kind of style into the contest¿? or is imperative crate a pc document to work with¿ There are rules, or at least preferred guidelines on how to present images for challenges, but if your's doesn't meet any requirements, you'll be given advise - or maybe chased down the street by an angry mob wielding pitchforks and flaming torches... I don't see anything wrong in you drawing by hand, then after either scanning or carefully photographing them, a quick tidy in an application such as GIMP. For example, I took your photo of your Skaven figure, cleaned up the black edge, made a mirror image (because there is no back view) and scaled it to about 24 mm (a human figure would be 28 to 30 mm depending on your preference) at 300 dpi:

If you need any help, either myself or I'm sure any of the other reguar forum denizens could write a quick "How to..." for doing various things in GIMP.

I see you have removed the tab at the bottom. Personally, I would suggest you keep it, as many people use the tab to mount the figure onto bases.

I am in the minority here, but on figures, I prefer the fold-line above the figure WITH tabs. For me, it seems easier to account for errors in the fold. When you fold the figure over, there is going to be some misalignment. I think it is easier to know the top (close to the line) is going to be close and then align the tabs against each other. bravesirkevin and others use a side fold. He does flat basing, which I prefer over the One Monk style bases. By using a top fold, it is fairly easy to fold up one of the tabs when gluing, and then fold the other up when cutting the figure out, so that flat basing can be used. Or you can leave them glued together for One Monk bases or Litko bases. But the main reason is easier alignment of the two sides

all right thanks for the advices! i Will try to keep on mind tabs and where to fold it in future.... personally i think i prefer use down base tabs for mi miniatures, because i am making " bases " that you can put away your mini and change it for another....i Will show you what i am speaking about tomorrow ( is my day off so.... ) now....time to try to finnish my cyberpunk mini for this month! oh yeah
