I to like the shallow with the steep. And I like the look of shakes. But I'm new to textures and I'm not sure how to use the ones I like to make them round.

That is a tough one. I heard one person say that they used two squares and placed this piece individually. If there is an easy way, I don't know it. You might look at some of the other models out there. I think the Vienna Wasserturm is too tall. I don't know if any of the epinal models would have a proper roof. Is the Garner Museum roof too steep, www2.illinois.gov/dnrhistoric/preserve/pages/construct_mainstreet.aspx?Would the Studniční kaple roof at papir.pavelstyl.cz/ be possible?

Played around on gimp and still had to change them after I printed, but I think it will work.

Very nicely done. How many sections of roof are there?

Working on a larger tower. I think my texture is to short, resulting in a shorter peek.
