I have to get this finished up, but I think I better get well first. The bug really got me yesterday.

Been having several bouts of bugs this year. And this is the worst one so far. I had a difficult time cutting straight lines on Dave Winfield's Lotus Super 7 the other night. And I don't concentrate well when I don't feel good. On the Bugatti, I need to work out the best build sequence and take appropriate photos. Maybe I will feel better tonight.

So, I thought sometimes it would be useful to know who was sitting where if the car was used in the game so I made up this tile. I made it 3" wide so there would be room for 3 figures in the back. Since I sized this so that the wheelbase is to scale, I was debating how to get it to fit in the Hoard format. If you don't mind, I will add your template to a second page. Is that all right?

Completely fine, I am sure. BTW: While, as noted above, I made it 3" wide to fit in three figures, I did maintain the original length to width ratio.

We need to get your name on it, though

How about a little line somewhere that says "Bugatti tile by Cowboyleland" and if people feel they need it they can paste it on the bottom.

Check out the png in Hoard, showing how I handled it. If it isn't acceptable, let me know
11 1/2 hours sleep last night. Fever is gone. After I grab a nap, I'm going to start doing the build and build photos for this

And getting up from the nap, my fever was back, but I did get a start. To start with, I wanted to try a different build order, but the original worked better Connect the cabin to the hood before mounting to the chassis After attaching the fenders to the half circles of the chassis, attach the tabs underneath. Tilt the fenders outward and run a very thin line of glue along the inner edge of the rear fenders and the bottom and rear edges of the front inner fenders and press into place. Repeat for the other side. This completes the tedious portions. I hope to do more work on this again tomorrow night EDIT-- season finale of Victoria ran long, so did a bit more Might even finish this up over lunch tomorrow

Attached the front and back All that remains are the half-wheels for underneath, the wheel faces and the hood ornament

What scale is it?

The original model is not 'scale'. If you scale one dimension, the other dimensions are off.
By wheelbase, it is 1/56

For the Hoard, there will be the green and cream version here, a charcoal and brown version and a charcoal and medium gray version.

I think I am doing a bit better again. I wake up without a fever, but then it gradually increases during the day.
I think everything I've posted here is meant to be shared.

VK, very nicely done! I hope that you are on the upside of what ever has a hold on you. My wife just got over a bout with a flue bug that even gave her vertigo for 4 days. Glad that you did not have that! Take it slow and get a lot of rest. I need you well to come up with more coaches.

I'm really digging the Bugatti! I see the Elder Thing there. It's scarecrow's, isn't it? Is there a current download for it?

I'm afraid I can't find one other than in Wayback Machine. Maybe he would allow them to be hosted in One Monk Guest Downloads

And one of the Fear of the Dark players is using the Bugatti (and some other recognizable paper terrain), only 'copy image link' from Facebook doesn't seem to work...
