Looking for some references to build WWII French horse-drawn wagons, I came across this picture: This has become a priotity project for me. Plastic horse, of course, but paper car. I love this.

In Canada in the great depression these were called "Bennett Buggies" after the Prime Minister of the time. Gas was too expensive but mules and horses could survive on hay that was growing in the fields anyway. Sometimes they dropped the engines out to make it easier on the horse.

I took one of grendelsmother64's Pulp Motors patterns and I worked on it until I had a passable Ford Model Y, know as the Ford 6 CV in France. This is what I came up with: I replaced the wheels, re-shaped and re-tinted the windows, made the bottom parts very dark grey instead of white (always important if it goes on it's side in a scenario) and made it dirty.

Apparently the same thing was going on in Vichy France. A little three-stall stable is a planned part of my French village, so livestock are definitely going to be present.

I was going to suggest when I saw your citroen build that you might want to give the windows a dark "texture."

I like the wheel reinforcements with the transmission and suspension. Don't they make the grey bottom (front and back) redundant? Save ink and save the world!

I get mine printed professionally at Office Depot, so it's 87 cents a page no matter how much or little ink I use o.0 Those wheel reinforcements are 100% from grendelsmother64 BTW
