We have a number of new members who haven't experienced the PhotoBucket and PostImage issues of the last couple years, and cowboyleland suggested we post help on being able to retrieve some of our old images.
If I find the Add-On to be able to retrieve PhotoBucket images, I'll do a separate post (but the Add-On was only limitedly helpful anyway)
PostImage lost their '.org' url, which originally caused us to lose ALL of the PostImage images.
They became PostImage.cc. By using the functionality of the forum, all of the PostImage.org links were changed to PostImage.cc to regain those images.
When you click on the image, a new PostImage window opens, only it goes back to the old '.org'.
To see the larger images, click on the small image, and when the new page opens, change '.org' to '.cc' and you will be able to see the larger image.
I hope this post will help the frustrated to be able to pick up some of the old treasures to be found in our pages.
There are no strangers in this world, only people I haven't embarrassed ... yet!
Vermin King: Not the style you are looking for, but try a search for 'paper theatre' or 'paper theater', and you will find a few pages of epinal figures. Not many, but I know there are a few

shep: Does anyone know where to find decent individual minis of late Roman Republic era civilians? From senator to slave, every mini would be great, as long as they are not legionaires or generals or other military (Praetorian Guard and Roman Vigiles excluded)
