I hope someone can help me along with my search. My daughter needs to make an Iroquois First Nation Native American diorama for school. I am looking for any paper models that would fit that theme. I most want a good longhouse model but can't find a download anywhere. I am also looking for figures, fires, plants and pretty much anything someone could suggest. I already have grendelsmother64 's birch bark canoe. Willows

The obvious paper Native American structures page would be Susan Nelson's, I think, here. It's an old page (it expresses concerns about slow downloads of under 1 MB-sized files), and the models are quite basic and uncoloured, but they're designed as free resources for teachers, so should be ideal for a school project. And there is an Iroquois longhouse there!

okumarts Whiplash Trigger Set 4: Plains Nations has a bonus set of figures that might be useful (i.e. villagers, so not everyone is armed for combat!)

I wish I'd known this was coming up, because I remember seeing some vintage pieces while I was trying to rebuild the library over the weekend. Some were Plains Native Americans, but the French/Indian War figures were probably appropriate. There were also some village figures and diorama pieces, but I don't remember whether they were Plains or what

I even tried the Wayback Machine. Very frustrating as that was exactly what I wanted! I had given up on getting that one which is why I posed my needs here. BUT, due to your post I thought I would give it one more attempt at locating her PDFs.... and success!! I had to go through the following link to download the file but I now have the Longhouse model. Now to find the little details to fill up the diorama. secure38.securewebsession.com/susankae.com/free_resources.htmmproteau (Paper Realms) Thanks for the heads up on okumarts Native American minis. I would in fact prefer villagers instead of all warriors. Is there a jpg of the bonus villagers included in the set so I can make sure I can use the minis before I purchase them. I have no other need for N.A. minis outside of this school project. We have two weeks to work on the project so if anyone stumbles across something that would work please post a link!!
