Ya know, when I created the Starfleet Grammas, I really wanted them to be more than just a gimmick in the June 2019 Forum Hoard. I wanted to use them for real gaming. Of course, I get out once a month to game if I am lucky, so I had to look at some solo play options. I am very enamored of the revised "Five Parsecs From Home" series of games from Nordic Weasel, but none of them are really themed for Star Trek. So I have decided to use the military-themed character/team generating and campaign rules from Bug Hunt and use the tabletop game setting and encounter generators from Salvage Crew. Which will result in a Starfleet away team consisting of the Grammas and support (Redshirt security, science teams, etc.) exploring strange environments, interacting with the environment, and maybe even fighting critters or Klingons. I've got their base stats and the stuff for the first encounter on paper, maybe I'll be able to get it going tomorrow night after work.

The "Five Parsecs From Home" series of sci-fi games can be found here and the fantasy version, "Five Leagues From The Borderlands," can be found here. These are absolutely my go-to games for solo play. I love them.

I needed to make some more tokens, and some "haywire robots" (thank you, Forum Hoard 94!) I designed and printed them tonight, I hope to get them done tomorrow morning, and maybe gaming tomorrow night after all.
