The gorilla looks good colored, you don't need to worry. The rest of the figures are amazing as well! Such neat ideas tucked here and there on these designs.

I know you like the parchment paper, and the scales but that is not what caught my eye the first time. The eye candy was the genie's pants. Very pretty looking!

I wouldn't like to see them on any other place. Eric please send it to me or John, and we can add it to the file. Thanks!

Sorry if I mixed things up Waffle M the reply above was going for Enpeze who wished it could be printed on transparent sheet.
I know you didn't plan it that way.

I haven't made a gsd file. Squirmydad did however, you might want to knock on his door for the files. I'm taking a break from paper figures and postpone this task.

Dave: Thanks for the comment! I am not going to start playing Halo then if it is really that overrated. It must be good for some who likes the genre though because of how many parts have been made.
The Auld Grump: Thank you for forwarding the messages. As for the moment there were no plans for rider fairies. Later on I might change my mind and make a whole army of them if I ever get back to drawing. This game is just way too cool. Oh, and Xmas is coming up so there are other reasons to be extra busy.

Jim: Thanks for the trust. I think we all should keep it fun or you'll burn out.
Eric: Who haven't heard about Halo... I haven't played it though, I'm not that interested in war games... just fantasy ;D But yeah everyone say it is really good.

I love the rocket on his back ;D Not everyone uses transparencies... I for one just like the simple designs on paper and I don't mind the cartoony fire and interesting lightning effects if it's done right. Whoever wants fancies like the cutout transparencies are fiddling with the model to make it nicer taking time away from the fun.

Without test printing I'd say to make the darks darker, so it keeps the detailed fur, which looks amazingly well done by the way. Keep up the good work!

So the question had been answered. I knew it was done on several figures: on Jim's metal golem as well as Darkmook's girl, that is why I was sure that it wasn't Adam. Now I know it was by sithcundman. Thanks for raising your hand I didn't want to look through the whole forum for it. And it did happen, I read through the forums and remember things Anita

I'm sorry if I am messing up someone's schedules. I was giving you guys heads up so things like that won't happen. I wasn't sure anybody is really that interested in this set aside from 3 cute daughters And people who want insect-like fairies. I really cannot help myself, I play into the night not even realizing that it is over bedtime I'm so involved with this game! And that says something. Whohoo! Ah, the skirt, okay. Anita

You weren't the only one thinking about that. Somebody has already put up a thread with sample pictures with good results of the mix of transparent and carstock. Who was it? Hands up! Anita

I am not happy with my designs still, they need some tweaking. The only reason that I do not concentrate on the bug creatures because I don't find them fairy like. As for the dracena fairy... I'm surprised that is the one that pulled the image of Carmen Miranda into your mind, I mean the apple fairy has a well packed hat on her head --a lot closer to the ones Carmen was wearing. That is interesting though, I wonder why the dracena had this effect on you. I have gotten involved playing Dragon Age Origins, which means that I'm taking a break from drawing. I am not sure when are they going to hit the market. My apologies -the game is way too interesting. Anita

The Auld Grump thanks for the pictures. If I get to the insect people I'm going to do it the way I started to design them. The full body is going to look like that the humanoid genes are mixed with insects, not just the legs and the back.

I see. Thanks for the answer. So now I know for sure Grandpa is not telling me stories and it is not popular up north. He doesn't like it himself. I prefer fruity pies, but sweet potato pie is not bad.

Are sweet potato pies popular in the north side of America? I thought that it requires a special taste and that northern people don't really like it. Of course it could be just my Grandpa who married a southern sweet potato pie loving lady.

Mules are used too, but for a desert scene I would agree with the camels. Isn't Jabbro planning to add a camel to his Arabian set? I cannot remember and he is busy reading a good book beside me to ask Anita

All the respect to the guy who does this traditional way With the pencil you might want to add more shadows and you don't need to worry about photoshop. I know it is hard to do shading right with felt tip pen, that is why I'm suggesting some good pencil. And when pdf-ing or scanning you can raise the brightness/contrast to make it pop. If you have photoshop there is a tool called "levels" When you choose it you can see three eyedroppers. Click on the white and choose the area on the paper which is completely empty this will clean up the grayness of the paper. I like to use the black eyedropper in the same toolbox when scanning in pencil drawings, choosing the darkest gray will make the gray lines appear as it was drawn by a pen. But I'm off-topic. Forgive me for that. You are lightning fast with these, if you have just started to make the backs --we are talking about several sets of backs here Anita

I too like the details, speaking of which are their helmet supposed to look the same? Because a 5 pointed shape is missing from one of them.
Good job!

I think the torso should be more like 3/4 view in order to match the right arm of that gorilla. Of course he is sketchy so you might have done it different anyway. I think he is looking good otherwise. And keep doodling, no need to make drawing so serious, keep it fun!
