Sweet rides! Where can I find those bases you are using for the bikes in the promo pic?

Those are bravesirkevin's 50mm bases. I textured using the Toposolitario road texture from the gaming mat

One of my all-time favourite vehicles from science fiction is Kaneda's bike from Akira. I have loved it since the first time I ever saw it back in the late '80s. But I always disliked the red color and all of Kaneda's insignia on it. So, this project has been percolating in my brain for a variety of media for a very long time. This is the culmination of a lifetime of fantasizing. Thank you for this opportunity.

What would be the measurements of a typical car? Or better said of a typical parking space?

Do you know this card game where you have to collect 21 points? Well, that's my 21 submissions! So... me won?! OK, back to the topic - here's Cyberpunk Assault Flyer / Airman! I saw that the thread is full of motorbikes, glides and similar futuristic machines - and there is a lack of ... drivers! So decided to make one universal, with pure side view. But later I thought that it might be funny to add some mechanical metal wings! Well, actually these wing was supposed to be 2.5D but there was not enough time before the deadline. (although you still can print one more sheet and do it yourself) I've also added a separate stand - just in case you'd like to change figurine position. Oh, and NOTE: front-side-only assault combo of course serves only to show the scale
EDIT: of course you can cut-out figurine without wings, remove back-view leg and voila - bike rider ready!

A little less than a week left ... hint, hint Fine, fine, twist my arm... I cruised Deviantart looking for some Creative Commons stuff from Akira, and found this little guy. I made a reverse for it, and recolored it a few times. Upon reflection, I think these might be a little to big. I am not going to have a chance to get back to them for a while, can anyone resize them to match Vermin King's riders before this is finalized? Thank you.

I'll see what I can do on that. EDIT -- I don't think she looks bad with it. Wrong body position for the Kaneda bike, though

How the heck is everything so vibrant and the file size so small?

The wonders of Photoshop and Acrobat... I work the pages in Ps, save as Ps PDFs, combine those in Acrobat, save, and finally save as PDF with reduced size... That's all. However, I guess the magic lies in the settings...

mesper's guy isn't in the correct position for it either. I should try him out on the other bikes, though Looking really good there. Since there is a tie-in with Keanu Reeves and Cyberpunk 2077, I had thought of adding him into the mix, but if I did that, I would almost have to do an Arch cycle, and I think it is a bit late for that now. But they do look good I think that last one is his version of isolating

As far as I understand it, his character is more like a ghost in a machine... (As an old Cyberpunk 2020 GM, I of course know exactly who Johnny Silverhand is. I just don't wanna spoil you guys too much... ) However, Keanu Reeves in a Cyberpunk media product, can we call that type-casting by now??!? Oh, and...

Oh, and about the Kaneda bike... I transformed the rider using good old puppet warp and scaling them down a little bit, so they'd fit into the bike...

Oh, and about the Kaneda bike... I transformed the rider using good old puppet warp and scaling them down a little bit, so they'd fit into the bike... I actually scaled them down slightly to fit on the page, so I should probably rescale and format them to match the other bikes and figures before this gets uploaded. Other than that, I think we have about 2 hours before we close this. Is that correct, squirmydad?

Closed it is! Otherwise we'd have to call it the Quarrantine Horde and just keep adding to it until the Quarrantines are lifted.

shep, upscaled your image to match the original figures and then scaled up the bikes to match this one. That should leave room for figures along the side squirmydad, I should have this posted in just a few minutes. I'm going to add shep's Kaneda bike with rider to Punkrabbitt's Cyber-bikes, unless you would rather do the formatting. I probably should have thrown a couple more of my figures on there, but I need to crash

Thanks. It just occurred to me that the dystopian future of Akira is set in the distant yesterday of 2019. There was another batch of a half dozen things I wanted to do for this Horde, and still want to do, so after I get my war-machine rolling I'll come back and finish a supplementary Cyberpunk set.

Thanks. It just occurred to me that the dystopian future of Akira is set in the distant yesterday of 2019. Just one more case of "our future that has never been"... Same here, I had ideas for some more of those boxes: tattoo studio/ripperdoc clinic, cyberpunk-style garage, and some sort of matrix café (kind of like a nowadays internet-café but for jackheads directly plugging into the web) With my "new" connector idea, this might even end up in buildings several storeys high, or some kind of modular mall... EDITA mall it will be! I can integrate most of the above into it, and add some more shops and stuff. One idea already struck me...
