Hi all Been working one some small scale forces for around 15mm scale. Most are 28mm rescaled and using the Base textures kindly posted on this site. Still very much refining my builds, and one or two images have shown up on the forums, figure i should give them a home. Just completed the bulk of a Jungle Amazon force created by Antonhammer, they came out quite nice on the smaller scale. The decorative trees are from Dave Okumart's Explorers set. I hope to do better with trimming on future sets, and plan on adding some more archers and Jaguar cavalry to round them out a bit more, I have Hunger Daemon force (posted elsewhere) and a few Squads of Undead also by Aton, A few of 8rads Orcs i hope to add to shorty. At some point i am looking forward to building the Elf Alliance force. Will add some more images as the forces grow. Any comments or advice Cheerfully received! Cheers!

They look really nice. If I print directly from the PDF, I just use the scale setting in the print dialogue. But If I need to edit the figures, such as putting several together, I then scale the image file down to the desired size. I used try and scale the figures (and buildings) to be as close to true 15 mm as possible, which is about 45 to 48% of the PDF size, but to be honest, because I play solo, I no longer care too much and just print things to 50% percent. There is also a section of the forum dedicated to small scale stuff: 15mm scale Papercrafts

Thanks for the Advice!
Was actually torn weather to post these here or in the 15mm site. Is there a way to transfer a thread? Seems silly to double up.

Thanks to the Admin for the forum change! I was going to use the FUBAR war game free rules for combat, any other suggestions to help fulfill Anton's battle lust? Oh and since i am isolated like many , and i hops all on the boards are looking after themselves, has given me time to make a few more. Finicky build but happy with results, anyone have any suggestions for storage??

I cut slots in foam-core for basing regiments and then just pop the figures in and out so they can be stored easier.

They are glued, yes will make them more of a pain to store, but at that scale its not a big issues. (Hopefully!)
I have been using 190gsm paper to base them, wanting to utilize some of the otherwise wasted leftover parts of a after after cutting out. The foam bard sounds like a good idea though!

Well have a few more Undead units to add to my core force (who are still a few units shy of an army) Ghouls from Antonhammer This Guy is from Paper forge, his little friend by Anton. A buddy has had the horseman as a avatar for ages, so did this for him. I may make a horde of Pumpkin head zombies to command, as the first Garafax set by Dave Okumart has a disturbed range of them. As to Daves work.. I wanted some evil terrain for the army. I must apologize to Dave, i did not print at 100% as his instructions said, and i think i put the legs on backwards, but i liked the idea of this thing smacking those before it with its sails. Cheers!

The Windmill is by David Okumart, and is in his Garafax set 2. Its on Drivethru. His first set in the series has some horrid Pumpkin daemons taking control of headless villagers. The little one are gnomes right Dave? Actually would rather not know.... . They are being cut out as a horde for the Horseman's regiment.
But if Anton wants to add another figure to the force. an 'Evil Ash' general would be pretty sweet!

The little ones are goblins, but I have used them as gnomes as well as gnomes play a big part in the Garafrax setting.

Well have a few more mixed units to add to my hordes. Like Alloydog, made uses of the Forum hordes to produce theses guys May expand them with here blue and red units from the imperfect collection, maybe the angry villages as a rabble unit. Also from the Hordes some Goblin units, (not my best work!) Plan to expand on these with figures from Okumarts DMs Guild Orcs and Goblins. Since he gives multi color options in the set, can make quite a big force! And finally For Nico Pogarskiy Chaos Series, Hope to do some more from this lot. Its a nasty force! Cheers!

Well due to a long work related web seminar and idle hands i got the Halberd and Assault troops done. Still got the Cavalry to do. If i want Archers, will probably use some of Antonhammers beast or ratmen as allies. Also needs some cultists and a Chaos Sorcerer and a few summonable daemons, maybe some cultists. I know there are a good selection in the Horde forums. Any suggestions?

Well due to a long work related web seminar and idle hands i got the Halberd and Assault troops done. Cool. Yes, remote working can be quite useful... Way back in the mid-nineties, I was in the UK. We had a conference call between Oulu, Finland, and our Dallas and Houston offices. During the call, for which I didn't have anything to say for about 3/4 of the time, one of the Dallas guys commented " Hey, is someone typing? I can hear key-clicks." " Erm, yeah" I replied, " That'll be me. I'm, err, writing a test report, while you other guys are talking. I'm still listening though." " OK", said Dallas guy, " That's cool." I was playing DOOM!

Two main reasons for square bases for wargameing is that occasional the angle of contact can be important.
Second speed of production (or sheer laziness! Circles are sooooo hard!!!)
Nice work on the orcs!
