A1 Magnetic Sheets

A2 cut into strips

A3-10 affix magnetic strip to the desired base color.

A11-12 I get these from home depot,they are free flooring samples.

A13 print out movement tray bases

A14 thin steel sheet.

A15 cut base material to desired size.

A16 cut foil slightly smaller than the finished base size.

A17 glue sheet steel to a piece of card stock.

A18 affix top of base over the sheet steel to make a "cardstock envelope"

A19 cut off excess cardstock

A20-22 glue cardstock envelope to the stiff base

A23 edge in the desired color

A24-25 add based figures.

since my figures are printed to a smaller size I've elected to just glue them to the bases but for full size figures that might take up way too much space.you could just glue the magnetic sheets to the standard sloted bases so the figures could be removed to facilitate storage.

I Think that is perfect for a wall map whit magnetic counters!!!! This way i could rapresent campaiigns....maybe a giant japan map! and then play battle on gaming board..... !!!!!
