I haven't ordered one, but John has.
Stone mortar engraving was one element I thought about, as well as body panel lines and tire treads on vehicles. There really could be a lot of uses for it, but whether it will be effective at any of it remains to be seen

I don't know how it functions. Supposedly, you can cut intricate shapes with it, but I don't know how well it would align to printed lines. I don't see anything about registration marks for alignment

Misleading. I heard back that this is only for the stand. The Engraver is $378, sold separately.
