My submission for the Multi-Figure Design category - Goblin Wolf Riders (or Goblin Raiders in The 9th Age) on 25x50mm bases
I do my assemby as follows (forgive my clumsy directions)
Wolves
1-Cut out bases (for left and right art) by cutting INSIDE dotted lines as closely as possible
2-Cut from left base to right base on either side of the image, LEAVE LEFT AND RIGHT ART CONNECTED (This should leave you with a single piece)
3-Without creasing the paper yet, fold the remaining piece in half so the bases touch (and the printed art is on the OUTSIDE)
4-Line up left and right bases on the bottom and sides and hold them in place
5-Pinch the unprinted sides of the paper all the way to where the "left" and "right" sides of the mini connect and fold at the end opposite the bases (this should leave you with one piece of paper folded directly in half)
6-Fold the base rectangle "out" at the bottom (feet) of the printed image at a 90 degree angle
7-Attach (glue, or double sided tape like I use) the left and right side of the folded mini together (the bases should touch, but not be attached to each other with glue or tape)
8-Cut/trim the paper around printed image as closely as you like, if the bases are lined up properly the left and right art will line up precisely. (this will cut off the "top" of the piece of paper, where the fold is)
9-Attach base to 25x50mm Rectangular Base (I use cardstock, but it could be plastic, cardboard etc)

10-Cut small slit/wedge out of back of Wolf where indicated by small black triangle (this allows the rider to be attached)
Goblin Riders
1-Cut out Minis by cutting INSIDE dotted lines as closely as possible, LEAVE FRONT AND BACK ART CONNECTED (this should leave you with one piece of paper per Mini)
-Without creasing the paper yet, fold the remaining piece in half so the edge below the images' feet touch (and the printed art is on the OUTSIDE)
-Line up the "underfoot edge" and sides for the front and back and hold them in place
-Pinch the unprinted sides of the paper all the way to where the "front" and "back" sides of the mini connect and fold at the end opposite the aforementioned "underfoot edge" (this should leave you with one piece of paper folded directly in half)
-Attach (glue, or double sided tape like I use) the front and back of the folded mini together (the bases should touch, but not be attached to each other with glue or tape)
-Cut/trim the paper around printed image as closely as you like, if the edges are lined up properly the front and back art will line up precisely. (this will cut off the "top" of the piece of paper, where the fold is)
-Cut a small slit between the feet/legs of the Rider (this allows the rider to be attached to its mount)
Download pages - 1 with riders, one with mounts. Sized to US Letter - and a few pictures to show different angles
