Hi everyone. I am a software developer and a papercraft enthusiast from Japan. Recently I have created a tool free for everyone to make papercraft from 3D model, you can check out my tool here: papercraft-maker.com/The tool is still in early development, any suggestions and bug reports are highly appreciated! Hoping to dethrone Pepakura in the near future Fight!

Welcome aboard. I am not a 3d moddler myself, but I am interested to see this at work.

I tried the app, thanks for this. A few notes; An FAQ with a list of file-types that can be imported would be appreciated. I had to select each face individually that I wanted to unfold and then they were dumped in a pile in the upper left part of the unfold screen, then I had to figure out what each one was and place it manually for my layout. Can any of that be automated or laid out cleaner?

Thanks for trying out my tool and suggestions! It has evolved quite a bit. I had to select each face individually that I wanted to unfold => Now it has a "Cut all" button that will automate all the cutting needed. and then they were dumped in a pile in the upper left part of the unfold screen => They are now arranged linearly so it is easier for you to see the results. then I had to figure out what each one was => You can now select a piece and see what it is on 3d screen. An FAQ with a list of file-types that can be imported would be appreciated. => Thank for this suggestion, will add this to FAQ for sure!
